<Job Responsibilities>
Lead and support successful launch operation On-Time without compromising on quality.
Understand and support and lead preparation of Sales budget based on marketing strategy and build business base with local OEM’s.
Market intelligence, tracking new launches, pricing strategies and customer relationship management
Product Knowledge/ Costing/ price negotiation/ winning business contracts.
Interface with customer and other internal stakeholders
Very strong contacts within our group as well as customers.
Capabilities to understand interprets and analyze data of customer intelligence, competitors’ strategies and market information effectively in sales strategies.
Knowledge about customer vehicle platforms, engine roll out plans, customer product development process, sourcing strategies.
Understanding all customer requirements, communicate within the team, and ensuring that the team meets or exceeds expectations.
Ensure for keep fluctuation in responsible region in minimal level.
Leads CE meeting and Quote tracker to achieve success and customer requirements
Very good communication and presentation skills.
Work experience in multicultural environment in a Global organization would be an added advantage
Support Company strategies to expand business with OEMs
Budgeting tracking and controlling all account.
Support and lead to achieve targets by effectively supporting India, Indonesia and Japan sales thru the supply of correct information from customer and effective coordination.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality , Male/Female, age 25-28 years old
Bachelor's Degree
New graduate is welcome
1-2 years’ experience in OEM sales/Business planning/ marketing experience/ product knowledge/ understand of supply chain in the automotive industry.
Result oriented, self-driven candidate with an attitude to achieve goals from scratch is preferred
Good command of English (Communicate with JP Manager)
Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint software programs is preferred.
Should have networking skills, and interpersonal skills and influencing skills.
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
Technical background including knowledge of automotive systems/ components would be advantage.
