Product Manager (50K-100K) (SDG-38648)
<Job Responsibilities>
 Understand both financial, property business and property valuation
 Qualify and score investment property based on company standard
 Provide product training, knowledge sharing and deliver professional deliverable/documentation
 To estimate/ evaluate the price of property or any property
 Other tasks as assigned.



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality , Male/Female, age 30-40 years old
 Bachelor degree in any related field
 At least 5 years of working experience in financial, investment, or property industry, property valuation and property consultant
 Able to estimate/ evaluate the price of property or any property
 Able to communicate in English
 Have own car and driving license

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
 Able to do a feasibility study will be an advantage

English: Conversational Level
Japanese: None

Workplace Area: MRT Sukhumvit / BTS Asoke, Bangkok
Working Hour: 9:00-18:00 (Mon-Fri)
