Sales Coordinator – Plastic Department (6 Months Contract) (20K-35K) (SDG-38928)
<Job Responsibilities>
Sales transaction data entry
Contact supplier and customer through phone call related to sales and delivery process
Co-ordinate with shipping company to ensure clearance service timely and accurately
Co-ordinate with warehouse on cargo receipt for incoming shipment and on-time delivery arrangement to customer in local with accurately
Process Environmental data from customer
Forecast for shortage of stock for delivery
Take appropriate action and prepare concern documentation for claim issued
Issue Sales Contract, Purchase Contract, P/O, invoice etc.
Support team workload if needed
Prepare report upon request from the manager
Other tasks as assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality , Female, age 23-35 years old
Bachelor degree
At least 1 year of experience as a Sales Coordinator
Having knowledge in Import and Export
Communicable in English and able to handle English documentation and email
Computer literacy (Ms. Office, Excel)
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
Basic understanding of SAP
Having TOEIC score 600 or above
Languages skills
English: Conversational Level

Working Hour: 8:30-17:15 (Mon-Fri)
