<Job Responsibilities>
Manage customer service / after sales management
Plan and develop customer service system
Formulate policies and directions for services Build good relationships with customers
Plan the service for repairing and providing information to customers about the company's products.
Supervise the operation, repair / customer service of employees on the job site.
Coordination of services for maximum customer satisfaction
Manage and control teams and resources in order to meet the goals.
Presenting planning, analysis and performance for executives
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
Thai nationality , Male, age 30-35 years old
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
2-5 years of working experience related to electrical or electronics field as Project Manager/ Area Manager/ Technical Service Engineer and/or Customer Service Engineer
Good command of verbal and written English to communicate with internal departments
Proven experience in handling the project/team member between internal and external parties
Literacy in MS.Excel, Word, PowerPoint
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
Experience in Battery for automotive industry
