Senior Sales Representative (Eastern Area) (30K-40K) (SDG-50328)
<Job Responsibilities>
 Responsibility of Traditional Trade channel in East area. (Chantaburi / Chonburi)
 Manage and drive distributor and sales team performance to achieve sales target.
 Responsible for distributor’s performance and provide information and opportunity for business.
 Monitoring sales figures vs. the set sales target; tracking sell-in/sell-out of accounts in area of responsibility.
 Manage and drive distributor to implement and deliver the results.
 Gathers real-time and historical insights of market data, share with other stakeholders to solve business challenges together.
 Handling individual sales performance
 To motivate sales team (Cash van)and liaise between management and sales team.



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality , Male/Female, age 28-35 years old
 Bachelor’s degree
 At least 5-7 years’ of working experience in Sales (FMCG business).
 Experience in Traditional Trade channel and distributor management.
 Experience in training or coaching sales team.
 Good analytical and presentation skill.
 Good Microsoft office program (Especially Excel & PowerPoint).
 Able to communicate in English.
 Able to travel upcountry in any area
