Sales Coordinator (Import/Export) (Japanese Speaking) (30K-50K) (SDG-51971)

<Job Responsibilities>
 Contact and coordinate with Head quarter in Japan, customer, supplier in overseas.
 Issuing quotation to customer and get P/O from customer
 Issuing invoice for export sales
 Handle for all import - export works
 Issuing PO to supplier
 Visit both of customer and supplier (Domestic once a month / Oversea trip occasionally)
 Take responsibility in all import - export works of parts sale and coordinate with freight forwarder
 Negotiate with customer and supplier as routine works
 Sourcing new supplier when needed
 Give good coordination and cooperation to internal section
 Give cooperation and follow to ISO system of company

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality, Male/Female, 28-37 years old
 Bachelor's degree in any fields
 At least 3 years working experience of Sale co / Import and Export / Purchasing
 Good command in both of Japanese (N3 or above) to communicate with Japanese Manager and English language (TOEIC 600 up)
 Good coordination and negotiation skills
 Independent for business trip both of domestic and overseas

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
 Knowledge in ISO is preferable
 Working experience in Japanese firm

Japanese: Conversational Level


Workplace Area: BTS Udomsuk, Bangkok
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Mon-Fri)
