QA Supervisor @Rayong (25K – 40K) (SDG-51613)
<Job Responsibilities>
- This position will be a Manager position if the candidate works well.
- Manage and control the performance of QA staff, ensuring that the company's meets standards quality of the product.
- Responsible for the quality of products, process quality management, and product quality assurance of the quality department.
- Set and Control asset and expense budget of the Quality Section.
- Review and approve all analysis records, manufacturing record and others according to the document control system.
- Handing audit tasks related to ISO and IATF.
- In charge of all study cases in the company in order to improve the quality of procedures and products.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male/Female age 23 – 30 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Management or Mechanical or Engineering in a related field.
- At least 2 years as supervisor level in Automobile company(Company scale of more than 300 employees)
- Have a knowledge system ISO14001, IATF16949.Core Tools VDA6.3
- Able to communicate in English (Conversational middle level)
- Have good conversational and interpersonal skills

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Experience in corporate sales function from Banking & Leasing business
- Able to analyze financial statement
- If experience as sales in solar panel or any product related renewable energy is attractive
- Own car

Workplace Area: Siam Eastern Industrial Park, Rayong
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(M to F Saturday working Every other week but depends on the situation.)

- รับผิดชอบคุณภาพของผลิตภัณฑ์การจัดการคุณภาพกระบวนการและการประกันคุณภาพผลิตภัณฑ์ของแผนกคุณภาพ
- กำหนดและควบคุมสินทรัพย์และงบประมาณค่าใช้จ่ายของแผนกคุณภาพ
- ทบทวนและอนุมัติบันทึกการวิเคราะห์บันทึกการผลิตและอื่น ๆ ตามระบบการควบคุมเอกสาร
- มอบงานตรวจสอบที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ ISO และ IATF
- รับผิดชอบกรณีศึกษาทั้งหมดใน บริษัท เพื่อปรับปรุงคุณภาพของขั้นตอนและผลิตภัณฑ์

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทยเพศชาย / หญิงอายุ 23 - 30 ปี
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาการจัดการหรือเครื่องกลหรือวิศวกรรมในสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- อย่างน้อย 2 ปีในระดับหัวหน้างานใน บริษัท รถยนต์ (บริษัท มีพนักงานมากกว่า 300 คน)
- มีระบบความรู้ ISO14001, IATF16949.Core Tools VDA6.3
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ (ระดับกลางการสนทนา)
- มีทักษะการสนทนาและมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ดีกว่า>
- มีประสบการณ์ในฝ่ายขายของ บริษัท จากธุรกิจธนาคารและธุรกิจลีสซิ่ง
- สามารถวิเคราะห์งบการเงินได้
- หากมีประสบการณ์การขายในแผงโซลาร์เซลล์หรือผลิตภัณฑ์พลังงานหมุนเวียนที่เกี่ยวข้องใด ๆ ที่น่าสนใจ
- เจ้าของรถ
