Accounting & Finance Manager (70K - 75K) (SDG-52575)
<Job Responsibilities>
 Oversee and monitor accounting & finance functions of the Trust and the Company. ensuring accuracy and timely manner (Review RV, PV, JV, Instruction to trustee, PND3, PND53, VAT, monthly report and NAV report)
 Prepare the Financial Statements
 Provide a proper disclosure of information in compliance with SEC and SET, to Trustee and Investors.
 Prepare Annual Report, 56-REIT and other financial and non-financial information for investors.
 Arrange meetings for the Board of Directors and Annual General Shareholder Meeting as well as coordinate with all parties to ensure that all resolutions have been implemented.
 Prepare Annual budget and forecast, monitor and control the budget, perform variance analysis report.
 Manage cash flow, find an alternative investment to gain the highest return for cash liquidity excess and manage cost of funding to earn a lowest financial cost.
 Arrange a plan for annual REIT’s property assessment.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality , Female, age 30 -45 years old
 Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting / Finance or related fields
 CPD is required
 English TOEIC < 650 (use for report , mailing and conversation)
 Candidate must have experience in real estate for 3 years at least (SEC requirement)
 Minimum 3 years of progressive accounting experience including some supervisory experience.
 At least 3 years of experience in Finance, business development in real estate development business
 Proficiency with Microsoft Office and use of accounting systems required.
 Experience in audit of financial statements under IFRS, processes and controls as well as experience in compliance and transition projects.
 Proficiency with Microsoft Office and use of accounting systems required.

จัดทำงบการเงิน
จัดให้มีการเปิดเผยข้อมูลที่ถูกต้องตามข้อกำหนดของ ก.ล.ต. และตลาดหลักทรัพย์ต่อผู้ดูแลผลประโยชน์และนักลงทุน
จัดทำรายงานประจำปี 56-REIT และข้อมูลทางการเงินและที่ไม่ใช่ทางการเงินอื่น ๆ สำหรับนักลงทุน
จัดให้มีการประชุมคณะกรรมการ บริษัท และการประชุมผู้ถือหุ้นสามัญประจำปีรวมทั้งประสานงานกับทุกฝ่ายเพื่อให้มั่นใจว่ามีการลงมติทั้งหมด
จัดทำงบประมาณและการพยากรณ์ประจำปีติดตามและควบคุมงบประมาณดำเนินการรายงานการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวน
จัดการกระแสเงินสดค้นหาการลงทุนทางเลือกเพื่อให้ได้รับผลตอบแทนสูงสุดจากสภาพคล่องส่วนเกินและจัดการต้นทุนการจัดหาเงินทุนเพื่อรับค่าใช้จ่ายทางการเงินที่ต่ำที่สุด
จัดทำแผนสำหรับการประเมินอสังหาริมทรัพย์ประจำปีของ REIT

สัญชาติไทย หญิงอายุ 30-45 ปี
วุฒิปริญญาตรีขึ้นไปสาขาบัญชี / การเงินหรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
ต้องมี CPD
English TOEIC <650 (ใช้สำหรับรายงานการส่งจดหมายและการสนทนา)
ผู้สมัครต้องมีประสบการณ์ด้านอสังหาริมทรัพย์อย่างน้อย 3 ปี (ข้อกำหนดของ ก.ล.ต. )
ประสบการณ์ด้านการบัญชีขั้นต่ำ 3 ปีรวมถึงประสบการณ์ด้านการควบคุม
ประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 3 ปีด้านการเงินการพัฒนาธุรกิจในธุรกิจพัฒนาอสังหาริมทรัพย์
มีความชำนาญในการใช้ Microsoft Office และมีการใช้ระบบบัญชีที่จำเป็น
ประสบการณ์ในการตรวจสอบงบการเงินภายใต้ IFRS กระบวนการและการควบคุมรวมถึงประสบการณ์ในการปฏิบัติตามและโครงการการเปลี่ยนแปลง
มีความชำนาญในการใช้ Microsoft Office และมีการใช้ระบบบัญชีที่จำเป็น
