<Job Responsibilities>
Management of subordinate to accomplish the following tasks(70%)
- Manage entire logistics(Import, delivery and Inventory) to be efficient and effective
- Workflow improvement and management
- Find out the problems of daily operations and improve it
- Forecast management
- manage and record inventory without mistakes based on sales forecast
- Trouble shooting in terms of QC
- Follow the company manual and respond the inquiry from customer, if there is the problem of products or shipping by coordinating with HQ and China group company
As logistics staff *Be responsible to deal with one of the distributors(30%)
- Import the goods from foreign countries with our forwarders. and Check the shipping documents, arrange the necessary documents
- Purchase forecast, PO issue, and inventory management
- Sample Management *Order and keep the necessary amount of samples based on the demand from sales department
- Other duties assigned

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality ,Male/Female , age 30-40 years old
- Bachelor Degree
- At least 8 years’ Experience of import tasks dealing with forwarders, such as shipping document check,
- Correspondence with forwarders and Custom and etc.
- At least 1 year of Management experience
- Experience to have a subordinate(s) as a team
- Personality: Proactive and cheerful, speedy
- Conversational level of English
- Logical thinking skill to analyze the data
- Stable Career (reason for changing job is reasonable)



<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Working experience in Japanese or MNC companies
- Experience of dealing with distributors

<ความรับผิดชอบต่องาน>
การจัดการผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชาเพื่อให้บรรลุภารกิจต่อไปนี้ (70%)
- จัดการโลจิสติกส์ทั้งหมด (นำเข้าจัดส่งและสินค้าคงคลัง) ให้มีประสิทธิภาพและประสิทธิผล
- การปรับปรุงและการจัดการเวิร์กโฟลว์
- ค้นหาปัญหาของการดำเนินงานรายวันและปรับปรุง
- การจัดการการพยากรณ์
- จัดการและบันทึกสินค้าคงคลังโดยไม่มีข้อผิดพลาดตามการพยากรณ์การขาย
- ปัญหาในการยิงในแง่ของ QC
- ทำตามคู่มือ บริษัท และตอบคำถามจากลูกค้าหากมีปัญหาของผลิตภัณฑ์หรือการจัดส่งโดยการประสานงานกับ HQ และจีนกลุ่ม บริษัท
ในฐานะพนักงานจิสติกส์ * มีความรับผิดชอบที่จะจัดการกับหนึ่งในผู้จัดจำหน่าย (30%)
- นำเข้าสินค้าจากต่างประเทศกับผู้ส่งของเรา และตรวจสอบเอกสารการจัดส่งจัดเตรียมเอกสารที่จำเป็น
- การคาดการณ์การซื้อปัญหา PO และการจัดการสินค้าคงคลัง
- การจัดการตัวอย่าง * สั่งซื้อและเก็บจำนวนตัวอย่างตามความต้องการจากแผนกขาย
- หน้าที่อื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทยชาย / หญิงอายุ 30-40 ปี
-ปริญญาตรี
- ประสบการณ์งานนำเข้าอย่างน้อย 8 ปีเกี่ยวกับผู้ส่งต่อเช่นการตรวจสอบเอกสารการจัดส่ง
- การติดต่อกับผู้ส่งต่อและกำหนดเองและอื่น ๆ
- ประสบการณ์ด้านการจัดการอย่างน้อย 1 ปี
- ประสบการณ์ในการมีผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชาเป็นทีม
- บุคลิกภาพ: เชิงรุกและร่าเริงรวดเร็ว
- ระดับการสนทนาภาษาอังกฤษ
- ทักษะการคิดเชิงตรรกะในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล
- อาชีพที่มั่นคง (เหตุผลสำหรับการเปลี่ยนงานมีเหตุผล)



<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ดีกว่า>
- มีประสบการณ์การทำงานใน บริษัท ญี่ปุ่นหรือ บริษัท MNC
- ประสบการณ์ในการติดต่อกับผู้จัดจำหน่าย
