<Job Responsibilities>
- Taking care corporate customers including handle day to day job, answer to customer inquiries, process renewal, arrange insurance upon customers requested, etc.
- Maintain relationship with existing clients and business development for new clients.
- Responsible for increasing revenue of sales amount.
- Coach and supervise team members.
- Support and promote business project.
- Other task as assigned by report line

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality ,Male/Female , age 27-40 years old
- Bachelor Degree
- Experienced in working in the insurance broker (non-life insurance- property insurance) and have experienced on renewal arrangement at least 2 years for junior level (at least 5 years for senior level)
- Good command in English (speaking, writing, reading)
- Have serviced mind, good attitude, tolerant, detail oriented and be able to work under pressure
- Be able to work for both Marketing and Administrative task
- Good negotiation, bargaining, and presentation skill.
- Good typing skills for both English and Thai. Computer skills including Excel (Pivot Table), Word, Power point.

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Graduated in bachelor degree in marketing or insurance related field.

<ความรับผิดชอบต่องาน>
- ดูแลลูกค้าองค์กรรวมถึงจัดการงานประจำวันตอบข้อซักถามของลูกค้าต่ออายุกระบวนการจัดประกันตามที่ลูกค้าร้องขอเป็นต้น
- รักษาความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้าที่มีอยู่และการพัฒนาธุรกิจสำหรับลูกค้าใหม่
- รับผิดชอบในการเพิ่มรายได้จากยอดขาย
- โค้ชและดูแลสมาชิกในทีม
- สนับสนุนและส่งเสริมโครงการธุรกิจ
- งานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากสายรายงาน

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทยชาย / หญิงอายุ 27-40 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
- มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานกับนายหน้าประกันภัย (ประกันวินาศภัย - ประกันภัยทรัพย์สิน) และมีประสบการณ์ในการจัดการต่ออายุอย่างน้อย 2 ปีสำหรับระดับจูเนียร์ (อย่างน้อย 5 ปีสำหรับระดับอาวุโส)
- สามารถพูดอ่านเขียนภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี
- มีใจรักการบริการมีทัศนคติที่ดีอดทนอดกลั้นใส่ใจในรายละเอียดและสามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้
- สามารถทำงานได้ทั้งงานด้านการตลาดและงานธุรการ
- การเจรจาต่อรองที่ดีการเจรจาต่อรองและทักษะการนำเสนอ
- มีทักษะการพิมพ์ที่ดีทั้งภาษาอังกฤษและภาษาไทย ทักษะการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์รวมถึง Excel (Pivot Table), Word, Power point
