<Job Responsibilities>
- This position is in charge of Researching and developing new products for the company to meet the needs of customers.
- Build a plan for experiment and advice subordinates to proceed experiment and solve problems.
- Monitoring and evaluation and analysis with external agencies.
- Find effective ingredients and collaborate with suppliers(material, package)
- Collaborate with marketing and production departments in product development and quality.
- Manage development schedule and subordinates
- Other tasks assigned
- level (section manager or assistant manager) is determined by your experience

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male/Female, age 30-40 years old
- Bachelor degree or higher in Chemistry or Biochemistry or related
- Research & Development experience in FMCG industry for more than 3 years
- Management experience for more than 1 year
- Basic level of English *for internal communication and email with suppliers
- Team-oriented with good organizing, people management, and problem-solving skills

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Research & Development experience of Insect/mosquito repellent spray etc

Workplace Area: Klong Luang, Pathum Thani
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Monday to Friday)

- ค้นหาส่วนผสมที่มีประสิทธิภาพและทำงานร่วมกับซัพพลายเออร์ (วัสดุบรรจุภัณฑ์)
- ร่วมมือกับแผนกการตลาดและการผลิตในการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์และคุณภาพ
- จัดการตารางการพัฒนาและผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชา
- งานอื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- ระดับ (ผู้จัดการส่วนหรือผู้จัดการผู้ช่วย) ขึ้นอยู่กับประสบการณ์ของคุณ

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทยชาย / หญิงอายุ 30-40 ปี
- ปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่าในสาขาเคมีหรือชีวเคมีหรือที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์การวิจัยและพัฒนาในอุตสาหกรรม FMCG มานานกว่า 3 ปี
- ประสบการณ์ด้านการจัดการมากกว่า 1 ปี
- ภาษาอังกฤษระดับพื้นฐาน * สำหรับการสื่อสารภายในและอีเมลกับซัพพลายเออร์
- ทำงานเป็นทีมพร้อมการจัดระเบียบที่ดีการจัดการคนและทักษะการแก้ปัญหา

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ดีกว่า>
- ประสบการณ์การวิจัยและพัฒนาสเปรย์ไล่แมลงและยุง ฯลฯ
