Project Manager (Biometric Devices) (50K-70K) (SDG-53348)
<Job Responsibilities>
- Penetrate the new business for 100% related to Biometric, Electronics Security system or AI devices industry
- Responsible for communicating with users, understanding user needs, proposing design ideas and preparing design outlines
- Independently prepare bidding documents and participate in bidding on behalf of the company
- Responsible for completing the design of weak current schemes, drawing construction drawings and large installation drawings, and designing the construction unit
- Responsible for the presentation of the PPT file of the design plan, so that the user can understand the content of the design plan
- Responsible for the supervision and inspection of the construction process duing the implementation of the project to ensure that the construction quality meets the design requirements
- Get familiar with the products and equipment of the weak current system, assist the procurement department in the cooperation of equipment and product procurement negotiation
- Before the completion of project, accept all the weak current systems according to the design requirements to ensure that the design requirements are met
- Responsible for cooperating with related units to check and accept the completion of the project, design return visits, technical summary and etc.
- Responsible for the technical guidance during the construction process, to solve the technical pronblems in the construction

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male/Female, age 30-45 years old
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Automation, Architecture, Electronics, Computer Science, or Information Technology
- More than 1 year of working experience as Project Manager handling direct products related to biometric, Electronics Security system or AI devices industry AND/OR more than 3 years of working experience as Project Manager of electronics products for Real estate/ Property/ Construction projects/ Office Building and Governments industry
- Computer skills: AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
- Good command of verbal and written English (to use in documentation and communicate with Chinese Report Line)
- Have driving license (there's company car in support)

- รับผิดชอบในการสื่อสารกับผู้ใช้เข้าใจความต้องการของผู้ใช้เสนอแนวคิดการออกแบบและจัดทำโครงร่างการออกแบบ
- เตรียมเอกสารการเสนอราคาอย่างอิสระและเข้าร่วมการประมูลในนามของ บริษัท
- รับผิดชอบในการออกแบบโครงร่างที่อ่อนแอในปัจจุบันการวาดแบบการก่อสร้างและแบบการติดตั้งขนาดใหญ่และการออกแบบหน่วยการก่อสร้าง
- รับผิดชอบการนำเสนอไฟล์ PPT ของแผนการออกแบบเพื่อให้ผู้ใช้สามารถเข้าใจเนื้อหาของแผนการออกแบบ
- รับผิดชอบการควบคุมและตรวจสอบกระบวนการก่อสร้างในการดำเนินการตามโครงการเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าคุณภาพการก่อสร้างเป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดการออกแบบ
- ทำความคุ้นเคยกับผลิตภัณฑ์และอุปกรณ์ของระบบปัจจุบันที่อ่อนแอช่วยฝ่ายจัดซื้อในความร่วมมือของอุปกรณ์และการเจรจาต่อรองการจัดซื้อผลิตภัณฑ์
- ก่อนที่โครงการจะเสร็จสมบูรณ์ให้ยอมรับระบบปัจจุบันที่อ่อนแอทั้งหมดตามข้อกำหนดการออกแบบเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าตรงตามข้อกำหนดการออกแบบ
- รับผิดชอบในการประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อตรวจสอบและยอมรับความสำเร็จของโครงการ, ออกแบบการเยี่ยมชมคืน, สรุปทางเทคนิคและอื่น ๆ
- รับผิดชอบคำแนะนำทางเทคนิคในระหว่างการก่อสร้างเพื่อแก้ปัญหาทางเทคนิคในการก่อสร้าง

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทยเพศชาย / หญิงอายุ 30-45 ปี
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาไฟฟ้า, อัตโนมัติ, สถาปัตยกรรม, อิเล็กทรอนิกส์, วิทยาศาสตร์คอมพิวเตอร์หรือเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ
- มีประสบการณ์การทำงานมากกว่า 1 ปีในตำแหน่ง Project Manager ที่จัดการผลิตภัณฑ์โดยตรงที่เกี่ยวข้องกับไบโอเมตริกซ์ระบบรักษาความปลอดภัยอิเล็กทรอนิกส์หรืออุตสาหกรรมอุปกรณ์ AI และ / หรือประสบการณ์การทำงานมากกว่า 3 ปีในตำแหน่งผู้จัดการโครงการผลิตภัณฑ์อิเล็กทรอนิกส์สำหรับอสังหาริมทรัพย์ / อสังหาริมทรัพย์ / โครงการก่อสร้าง / อาคารสำนักงานและอุตสาหกรรมของรัฐ
- ทักษะคอมพิวเตอร์: AutoCAD และ Microsoft Office
- มีความสามารถในการพูดและเขียนภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (เพื่อใช้ในเอกสารและสื่อสารกับ Chinese Report Line)
