<Job Responsibilities>
- Responsible for ERP software.
- Meeting with customer about new project, preparing document such as business flow, software customization design, manual, etc.
- Coordinating between customer, vendor and development team by using English about ERP software.
- Coordinating with programmers in India by using English
- Identifying data and system according to customer’s business flow and requirements.
- Analyzing system problems and solutions.
- Participating in meeting, support work and user training during the implementation. (By Remote and On-site)
- Handling about project related documents such as manual, minute of meeting.
- Other tasks assigned
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male/Female, age 24-30 years old
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related fields.
- Conversational high level of English (Speaking and writing).
- Work experiences at least 1 year in ERP software consultant.
- Able and willing to travel outside Bangkok in one-day trip. (E.g. Ayutthaya, Chonburi, Rayong )

- รับผิดชอบซอฟต์แวร์ ERP
- พบปะกับลูกค้าเกี่ยวกับโครงการใหม่เตรียมเอกสารเช่นโฟลว์ธุรกิจการออกแบบซอฟต์แวร์ที่กำหนดเองคู่มือ ฯลฯ
- ประสานงานระหว่างลูกค้าผู้ขายและทีมพัฒนาโดยใช้ภาษาอังกฤษเกี่ยวกับซอฟต์แวร์ ERP
- ประสานงานกับโปรแกรมเมอร์ในอินเดียโดยใช้ภาษาอังกฤษ
- การระบุข้อมูลและระบบตามการดำเนินธุรกิจและความต้องการของลูกค้า
- วิเคราะห์ปัญหาระบบและแนวทางแก้ไข
- มีส่วนร่วมในการประชุมสนับสนุนงานและการฝึกอบรมผู้ใช้ระหว่างการดำเนินการ (โดยรีโมทและนอกสถานที่)
- การจัดการเกี่ยวกับเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับโครงการเช่นคู่มือรายงานการประชุม
- งานอื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

- สัญชาติไทยชาย / หญิงอายุ 24-30 ปี
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาวิทยาศาสตร์คอมพิวเตอร์วิศวกรรมคอมพิวเตอร์หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- การสนทนาภาษาอังกฤษระดับสูง (การพูดและการเขียน)
- มีประสบการณ์การทำงานอย่างน้อย 1 ปีในที่ปรึกษาด้านซอฟต์แวร์ ERP
- สามารถเดินทางออกนอกกรุงเทพฯได้ในหนึ่งวัน (เช่นอยุธยา, ชลบุรี, ระยอง)
