<Job Responsibilities>
 Perceive and Share Customer’s requirement
 Review Customer P/O or Forecast
 Planning Procurement maternal for issue PO base on PO & Forecast
 Follow up material arrival schedule and make confirmation
 Follow up Delivery plan and Confirm to Customer
 Review Evaluation supplier performance results and follow up in case need improvement
 Review Self Evaluation performance’s result and follow up in case need improvement
 Review Customer Evaluation performance’s result and follow up in case need improvement
 Control and Review inventory stock as of target clear slow movement, dead stock
 Inform superior level in case out of controlling
 Coordinate with Suppliers and Customer for defective report
 Manage slow movement/Dead stock
 Report any problem to Japanese Manage, AM and SV
 Assist Japanese sales manager and staffs
 Follow assigned job from superior

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality, Female, 23-26 years old
 Bachelor's degree in any fields
 1 year working experience as Sales Coordinator or related fields (Trading field or Electronics related Industry)
 Good command of verbal communication in English and Japanese (N2 with good Kanji writing skills)
 Able to use computer especially MS. Excel Formula

Workplace Area: Phrapradaeng, Samutprakan
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00 (Mon-Fri (around 10 Sat/year))

<ความรับผิดชอบต่องาน>
รับรู้และแบ่งปันความเห็นของลูกค้า
ดูแลคำสั่งซื้อของลูกค้าปัจจุบันหรือคาดการณ์ล่วงหน้า
การวางแผนการจัดซื้อสำหรับการออกใบสั่งฐานตามใบสั่งซื้อและการคาดการณ์ล่วงหน้า
ติดตามตารางการมาถึงของวัสดุและทำการยืนยัน
ติดตามแผนการจัดส่งและยืนยันให้กับลูกค้า
ทบทวนผลการประเมินประสิทธิภาพของซัพพลายเออร์และติดตามในกรณีที่จำเป็นต้องปรับปรุง
ทบทวนผลการประเมินตนเอง/ลูกค้าและติดตามผลในกรณีที่จำเป็นต้องปรับปรุง
ควบคุมและตรวจสอบสต็อกสินค้าคงคลังตามเป้าหมายการเคลื่อนไหวช้าที่ชัดเจนและสต็อกที่หยุดแล้ว
แจ้งเจ้าหน้าที่อาวุโส (เจ้าหน้าที่ระดับสูง) ในกรณีที่เกิดเหตุการณ์ที่ไม่สามารถควบคุมได้
ประสานงานกับซัพพลายเออร์และลูกค้าเพื่อรายงานข้อบกพร่อง
ดูแลและจัดการการสต๊อกที่มีการเคลื่อนไหวช้า / สต็อกที่หยุดลง
รายงานปัญหาใด ๆ กับเจ้าหน้าที่ระดับสูงชาวญี่ปุ่น
ช่วยเหลือผู้จัดการฝ่ายขายและพนักงานชาวญี่ปุ่น
ติดตามการมอบหมายงานอื่น ๆ จากหัวหน้า


<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
สัญชาติไทย เพศหญิง อายุ 23-26 ปี
ปริญญาตรีทุกสาขา
ประสบการณ์การทำงาน 1 ปีในตำแหน่งผู้ประสานงานการขายหรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง (สาขาการค้าหรืออุตสาหกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้องกับอิเล็กทรอนิกส์)
สามารถใช้การสื่อสารทางวาจาเป็นภาษาอังกฤษและภาษาญี่ปุ่นได้ดี (N2 มีทักษะการเขียนคันจิดี)
สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์โดยเฉพาะ MS สูตร Excel
