<Job Responsibilities>
- On-site supervision, coordinate with sub-contractors to make sure construction progress is following timeline
- Responsible for electrical installation work, including lighting, power and outlet, telephone and communication system, lightning and grounding system, fire alarm system, BAS system, building access and security system etc.
- Propose appropriate solution according to client needs within fixed costing
- Prepared document and shop drawings for approval and commissioning before construction
- Prepared commissioning and handing over Electrical systems of the project
- Liaison with clients, consultants, designer and authorities and sub-contractors
- Ensure submissions and approvals are obtained from the required authorities
- Monitor and control cost within the budget of project

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male/Female, age 35-40 years old
- Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 5 years of experience as Electrical Engineer from construction or MEP company
- Experience with all aspects of electrical installation work; lighting, power and outlet, telephone and communication system, lightning and grounding system, fire alarm system, BAS system, building access and security system etc.
- Subcontractor project management & on-field experience
- Holding Associate Electrical Engineer License as minimum
- Working skills with standard business software (MS Office Suite), Auto CAD, Adobe Acrobat

<ความรับผิดชอบต่องาน>
- การกำกับดูแล ณ สถานที่ประสานงานกับผู้รับเหมาช่วงเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าความคืบหน้าการก่อสร้างเป็นไปตามระยะเวลา
- รับผิดชอบงานติดตั้งระบบไฟฟ้ารวมถึงระบบไฟฟ้าแสงสว่างและเต้าเสียบโทรศัพท์และระบบสื่อสารระบบฟ้าผ่าและสายดินระบบสัญญาณเตือนไฟไหม้ระบบ BAS ระบบเข้าถึงอาคารและระบบรักษาความปลอดภัยเป็นต้น
- เสนอทางออกที่เหมาะสมตามความต้องการของลูกค้าภายในการคิดต้นทุนคงที่
- จัดทำเอกสารและแบบแปลนร้านค้าเพื่อขออนุมัติและว่าจ้างก่อนก่อสร้าง
- เตรียมการว่าจ้างและส่งมอบงานระบบไฟฟ้าของโครงการ
- ประสานงานกับลูกค้าที่ปรึกษานักออกแบบและเจ้าหน้าที่และผู้รับเหมาช่วง
- ตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจการส่งและการอนุมัติที่ได้รับจากหน่วยงานที่จำเป็น
- ตรวจสอบและควบคุมต้นทุนภายในงบประมาณของโครงการ

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทยชาย / หญิงอายุ 35-40 ปี
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาวิศวกรรมไฟฟ้าหรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์ 5 ปีในตำแหน่งวิศวกรไฟฟ้าจาก บริษัท ก่อสร้างหรือ บริษัท MEP
- มีประสบการณ์กับงานติดตั้งไฟฟ้าทุกด้าน แสงสว่าง, ไฟฟ้าและเต้าเสียบ, โทรศัพท์และระบบสื่อสาร, ระบบฟ้าผ่าและสายดิน, ระบบสัญญาณเตือนไฟไหม้, ระบบ BAS, การเข้าถึงอาคารและระบบรักษาความปลอดภัย ฯลฯ
- การจัดการโครงการของผู้รับเหมาช่วงและประสบการณ์การทำงานจริง
- ถือใบอนุญาตวิศวกรไฟฟ้ารองเป็นอย่างน้อย
- ทักษะการทำงานกับซอฟต์แวร์ธุรกิจมาตรฐาน (MS Office Suite), Auto CAD, Adobe Acrobat
