【JOB Duties】
<During Probation - Business Development>
・ Connect and develop relationships with potential Japanese clients in Vietnam by making phone calls, visiting and attending networking events
・Find potential clients who have a hiring demand
・Make clients to understand our service and get a contract from them
・Do market research to find potential clients
・Work closely with Japanese business development members in Hanoi and HCMC
・Sales target will be evaluated by number of job order and contract from new client
<After Probation>
- To seek and receive requests for human resources management consulting services from clients.
- To meet clients to confirm the current status of their human resources policies.
- To analyze the current policies and demand with regard to clients for human resources and to propose effective human resources policies.
- To prepare reports for the clients and consult with clients about the proposals on human resources policies.
- To build a client base and develop a strong relationship with clients.
- To work on a prompt and punctual basis so as to provide human resources management consulting services of the highest quality.
- To perform other work relating to human resources management consulting as assigned by Managers.
Essential Requirements:
- Gender: Any
- Age: 25 – 28
- Educational Background: Bachelor degree
- Language Skills: English – Business
- Has at least 1 year working experience as B2B Sales/ or Consultant in Service Industry.
- Familiar with working and dealing with B2B Clients.

- Highly ambitious to achieve the target (possess target-oriented mind)
- Pro-active, self-discipline, be able to work independently
- Willing to enjoy working in a rapid-changing environment, and in a high intensity condition
