<Job Responsibilities>
・Leading the local IT team. Provide guidance to individual IT member and grow the IT organization
・Work as business partner with client department leaders and users to analyze business processes and arrive at mutual, cost effective solutions, then drive to deliver the agreed solution
・Lead and execute IT projects with regional and global IT team, full commitment making operationally established condition
・Manage local IT partners to deliver IT services on schedule, in budget, 100% compliance with SLA (Service Level Agreement)
・Maintain a stable IT environment for the entire business
・Monitor and control IT budget, expenses
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent major
・Language Skills: English Business Level ~ Fluent Level
・Gender: Any
・Age: 28-40
・Minimum 5 years of working experience in IT domain
・Minimum 3 years of experience in retail business as IT area
・3 years in Managerial position
・Fully understand Store Inventory Management System & its integration with SCM (Supply Chain Management), WMS(Warehouse Management System). Good understanding of E-Commerce Systems
・Sound knowledge in cloud-based technologies, e.g. AWS, Microsoft Azure, Salesforce and etc.
・Able to solve complex problems with process improvement and system enhancement to achieve business goals
・Strong leadership in people management
・Working experience in Global Organization/Projects
・At least need to work for 1 company & had good performance/contribution in 2-3 years
・Have clear purpose from themselves to join this company
・Good at multitasking skill, understand the lean organization where one person need to work broad spectrum of job to make a tangible contribution for organization (included managing own paperwork by self)
