<Job Responsibilities>
- Draft and review commercial contracts and documents
- Provide legal advice on legal related matters so as to minimize potential legal risk and cope with the company's business operation
- Coordinate, liaise, and handle related matters with government agencies and relevant external source
- Engage in pre-litigation settlement discussions to resolve the conflict before going to court
- In charges of court proceeding (Civil case)
- Compiling legal information and documentation needed for legal cases and hearings and coordinate with outsource
- Oversee team performance
- Complete all assignment assign
- Other duties

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male/Female , age 30-35 years old
- Bachelor's degree in Law
- Having Experience in legal field in law firm or legal department at limited company or government official approximately 3-5 years.
- Having experience to civil litigation at least 2 year.
- Having experience to review and draft commercial contract at least 2 years.
- Having Lawyer License
- Experience support team or subordinate
- Having experience to negotiate with opposite party.
- Having experience to translate contract or documents.
- Good command of English (Advance conversational High)
- Ability to identify and analyze contract issue/problems and comment/suggest and implement solutions.
- Ability to work in a cross functional and team environment.

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทยชาย / หญิงอายุ 30-35 ปี
- ปริญญาตรีสาขากฎหมาย
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านกฎหมายในสำนักงานกฎหมายหรือแผนกกฎหมายที่บริษัทจำกัดหรือข้าราชการประมาณ 3-5 ปี
- มีประสบการณ์ในการดำเนินคดีทางแพ่งอย่างน้อย 2 ปี
- มีประสบการณ์ในการตรวจสอบและร่างสัญญาการค้าอย่างน้อย 2 ปี
- มีใบอนุญาตทนายความ
- ทีมสนับสนุนประสบการณ์หรือผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชา
- มีประสบการณ์ในการเจรจากับฝ่ายตรงข้าม
- มีประสบการณ์ในการแปลสัญญาหรือเอกสาร
- สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (Advance Conversational High)
- ความสามารถในการระบุและวิเคราะห์ปัญหาสัญญา / ปัญหาและแสดงความคิดเห็น / แนะนำและดำเนินการแก้ไขปัญหา
- ความสามารถในการทำงานในสภาพแวดล้อมการทำงานข้ามและสภาพแวดล้อมแบบทีม
