<Job Responsibilities>
- Surveying the employees about the training program and analyze the information in order to create the training plan yearly
- Monitoring the training plan and ensure that the training is conducted as planned
- Monitor during the training and arrange a test after the training to ensure that the employees gained the knowledge during the training and able to adapt with working operation
- Keep up-to-date with the technology and use the technology advancement to support with the training and ensure that employees are able to access to the information easily
- Manage all training data and exams
- Analyze the employees capability and develop them to be a good trainers in the future
- Planing the training that aligning with the company's policy in short term, middle term, and long term
- Able to act as a trainer and able to provide assistance to the employees when required
- Up-to-date with the current world situation and training requirement related to manufacturing company such as ISO, etc
- Able to work as consultants when department head require assistance.
- Other tasks as assigned.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male/Female , age 25-30 years old
- Bachelor's degree in psychology or Industrial engineering
- At least 3 years of working experience as training and development in manufacturing company
- Able to communicate in English (deal with Myanmar)
- Good analytical skill and able to work independently
- Able to travel to Chachoengsao, average 1 time per month
- Must have driving license

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Own car
- Experience in packaging business

- สำรวจพนักงานเกี่ยวกับโครงการฝึกอบรมและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเพื่อสร้างแผนการฝึกอบรมประจำปี
- ติดตามแผนการฝึกอบรมและตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่ามีการฝึกอบรมตามที่วางแผนไว้
- ตรวจสอบระหว่างการฝึกอบรมและจัดให้มีการทดสอบหลังการฝึกอบรมเพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าพนักงานได้รับความรู้ในระหว่างการฝึกอบรมและสามารถปรับให้เข้ากับการทำงาน
- ติดตามเทคโนโลยีล่าสุดและใช้ความก้าวหน้าทางเทคโนโลยีเพื่อสนับสนุนการฝึกอบรมและให้แน่ใจว่าพนักงานสามารถเข้าถึงข้อมูลได้อย่างง่ายดาย
- จัดการข้อมูลการฝึกอบรมและการสอบทั้งหมด
- วิเคราะห์ความสามารถของพนักงานและพัฒนาพวกเขาให้เป็นผู้ฝึกสอนที่ดีในอนาคต
- วางแผนการฝึกอบรมที่สอดคล้องกับนโยบายของ บริษัท ในระยะสั้นระยะกลางและระยะยาว
- สามารถทำหน้าที่เป็นผู้ฝึกอบรมและสามารถให้ความช่วยเหลือแก่พนักงานเมื่อจำเป็น
- ทันเหตุการณ์กับสถานการณ์โลกปัจจุบันและข้อกำหนดการฝึกอบรมที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ บริษัท ผู้ผลิตเช่น ISO เป็นต้น
- สามารถทำงานเป็นที่ปรึกษาเมื่อหัวหน้าแผนกต้องการความช่วยเหลือ
- งานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทยชาย / หญิงอายุ 25-30 ปี
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาจิตวิทยาหรือวิศวกรรมอุตสาหการ
- มีประสบการณ์การทำงานอย่างน้อย 3 ปีในการฝึกอบรมและพัฒนาใน บริษัท ผู้ผลิต
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ (จัดการกับพม่า)
- มีทักษะการวิเคราะห์ที่ดีและสามารถทำงานได้อย่างอิสระ
- สามารถเดินทางไปฉะเชิงเทราโดยเฉลี่ย 1 ครั้งต่อเดือน
- ต้องมีใบขับขี่
