Work details
Sales and Marketing Management as follows:
Responsible in sales & marketing in Thailand.
Set up annual sales target and focus to achieve sales target.
Manage sales strategies and expand customer base.
Create marketing plan or strategy to increase market share.
Coordinate with engineering team for competitive product and service.
Identify new business opportunity.
Prove the customer contract prior to reviewed and approved by President Room.
Maintain order and negotiate with customer on price and service to achieve gross profit.
Maintenance Service:
Provide maintenance service, consultancy, inspection improvement and repairing of water and wastewater treatment plants.
Support order and delivery of equipment for water and wastewater treatment plants and incinerator.
Support resin regeneration and membrane cleansing service.
Monitor and control maintenance work to meet the customer’s inquiry.
Pay attention to customer’s requirement, response to customer complaints and comments
Handle and manage sales team’s work schedules and ensuring on time delivery.
Manage and monitor the budgeting of a company by liaise with Finance Department
Liaise with the Internal Audit team to ensure the efficient and reliable process in the Organization.
Prepare the strategic planning and monitor the achievement of the company’s goals
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
<Necessary Skill>
Thai nationality , Male/Female , age 45-53 years old
Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering and has technical knowledge
Has the knowledge in Sales Management, Maintenance Service, Procurement and Construction Management, and strategic planning.
At least 10 years' working experience in maintenance of water treatment or plant
The candidate shall pose the skills including but not limited to the skills as follows: Critical Thinking and Analytical; Problem Solving; Leadership; Communication; Strategic Planning; Business Management;
Business level English and business travel within Thailand may be required as assigned
The candidate shall commit to delivering the achievements by integrity, creative thinking, continuous development, change management, perseverance, detailed-orientation, positive and can-do attitude.

People management experience of over 50 sub
Ability to read CAD plot and calculate quantity survey

สนับสนุนการสั่งซื้อและส่งมอบอุปกรณ์สำหรับโรงบำบัดน้ำเสียและเตาเผาขยะ
สนับสนุนการฟื้นฟูเรซิ่นและบริการทำความสะอาดเมมเบรน
ตรวจสอบและควบคุมงานบำรุงรักษาเพื่อตอบคำถามของลูกค้า
ใส่ใจกับความต้องการของลูกค้าตอบสนองต่อข้อร้องเรียนและความคิดเห็นของลูกค้า
จัดการและจัดการตารางการทำงานของทีมขายและสร้างความมั่นใจในการส่งมอบตรงเวลา

มีความรู้ด้านการบริหารการขายการบริการซ่อมบำรุงการจัดซื้อและการบริหารการก่อสร้างและการวางแผนกลยุทธ์
มีประสบการณ์การทำงานอย่างน้อย 10 ปีในการบำรุงรักษาระบบบำบัดน้ำเสียหรือโรงงาน
ผู้สมัครจะต้องมีทักษะรวมถึง แต่ไม่ จำกัด เพียงทักษะดังต่อไปนี้: การคิดอย่างมีวิจารณญาณและการวิเคราะห์; การแก้ปัญหา; ความเป็นผู้นำ การสื่อสาร; การวางแผนเชิงกลยุทธ์; การจัดการธุรกิจ;
