Duties & Responsibilities:
• Filed work for Shutdown maintenance to achieve as planned work quality and cost efficiency with safety.
• Do self-inspection for safety in operation when maintenance or modification is carried out.
• Report of maintenance work shall be correctly prepared and up to date.
• Prepare yearly civil maintenance budget set up and control.
• Prepare engineering design/drawing, budget for new projects.
• Prepare engineering documents by developing construction specifications, plans, and schedules.
• Control subordinates to work with safety and good quality under company target.
• Support quality system documentation such as procedures, SOP, WI and responsible for updating those for implementation approval.
• The other tasks will be assigned


Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 27-40 years old
• Bachelor degree in related fields
• 5 years of experience in a Maintenance or construction engineer in petrochemical, chemical, or food industry. (Maintenance for a rotating machine such as reciprocating compressor, Pump, Agitator, Blower etc... )
• Having experience in Auto CAD(for drawing and design for piping work and civil work. Maintenance for tanks, piping, lining.)
• Conversational middle of English
• Bachelor degree in Civil engineering will be an advantage.
• Having experience in preventive maintenance and corrective on rotating machines would be an advantage such as reciprocating compressor, pump, agitator, blower.
• Having experience in management will be an advantage.

Working Hour: 8:30-17:30 (Mon to Fri *No Saturday working)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
-งานที่ยื่นเพื่อการบำรุงรักษาแบบ Shutdown เพื่อให้ได้คุณภาพงานตามแผนที่วางไว้และประหยัดต้นทุนด้วยความปลอดภัย
-ตรวจสอบตัวเองเพื่อความปลอดภัยในการใช้งานเมื่อดำเนินการบำรุงรักษาหรือปรับเปลี่ยน
-รายงานงานซ่อมบำรุงต้องจัดทำอย่างถูกต้องและทันสมัย
-จัดทำงบประมาณบำรุงรักษาโยธาประจำปีที่ตั้งและควบคุม
-เตรียมการออกแบบ / เขียนแบบทางวิศวกรรมงบประมาณสำหรับโครงการใหม่
-จัดเตรียมเอกสารทางวิศวกรรมโดยการจัดทำข้อกำหนดแผนงานและกำหนดการก่อสร้าง
-ควบคุมผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชาให้ทำงานด้วยความปลอดภัยและมีคุณภาพภายใต้เป้าหมายของ บริษัท
-สนับสนุนเอกสารระบบคุณภาพเช่นขั้นตอน SOP, WI และรับผิดชอบในการอัปเดตสิ่งเหล่านี้เพื่อการอนุมัติการใช้งาน
-งานอื่น ๆ จะได้รับมอบหมาย

ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น
-อายุ 27-40 ปี
-ปริญญาตรีในสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
-มีประสบการณ์ 5 ปีในวิศวกรซ่อมบำรุงหรือก่อสร้างในอุตสาหกรรมปิโตรเคมีเคมีหรืออาหาร (การบำรุงรักษาเครื่องหมุน เช่น คอมเพรสเซอร์,ลูกสูบ,ปั๊มกวน,โบลเวอร์ ฯลฯ ... )
-มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Auto CAD (รับเขียนแบบและออกแบบงานท่อและงานโยธาซ่อมบำรุงถังท่อซับ)
-ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนา
-ปริญญาตรีสาขาวิศวกรรมโยธาจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
-มีประสบการณ์ด้านการบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกันและการแก้ไขเครื่องจักรหมุนจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ เช่น คอมเพรสเซอร์แบบลูกสูบปั๊ม เครื่องกวน เครื่องเป่าลม
-มีประสบการณ์ด้านการบริหารจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
