Duties & Responsibilities:
• Perform full spectrum of accounting functions and financial affairs
• Monitor and support juniors to work well and keep every period of accounting.
• Establish proper procedures for cash management and credit control
• Responsible for Credit control, Royalty, Taxes, Bank reconciliation, Financial statement, and Management reports.
• Prepare BS, PL, cash flow reports, and also finalize financial statements
• Manage accounting closing & analysis(BOI promotion business)
• Analyze financial statements and coordinate with the accounting team.
• Prepare and responsible for tax return; Finalize taxes annual and mandatory reports for government
• Responsible for drafting yearly budgeting and Mid –Term Plan for the company
• Maintain general ledger and assets register
• Liaise with auditors, bankers, governmental departments and other external bodies
• Control Cash flow, identify the possible and better source of funds
• Prepare the consolidation packages to the parent company.
• Make report for cost accounting to provide proper financial advice to each department
• Train junior staff to let them perform better, and monitor their performance
• Other task will be assigned


Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 40-50 years old
• Female only
• Bachelor's degree in accounting
• Around 10 years’ accounting & finance experience
• Good knowledge of Institutional, Managerial Accounting, Cost Accounting, Tax rule (PND documents), TFRS, IFRS
• At least 5 year’s management experiences as manager level above
• CPD license holder
• Conversational middle level of English

Working Hour: 8:00-17:30(Mon to Fri *Saturday working; one or two times per year)

-ทำหน้าที่ทางบัญชีและการเงินอย่างครบถ้วน
-ติดตามและสนับสนุนรุ่นน้องให้ทำงานได้ดีและจัดทำบัญชีทุกงวด
-กำหนดกระบวนการที่เหมาะสมสำหรับการจัดการเงินสดและการควบคุมเครดิต
-รับผิดชอบในการควบคุมเครดิตค่าภาคหลวงภาษีการกระทบยอดธนาคารงบการเงินและรายงานการจัดการ
-จัดทำ BS, PL, รายงานกระแสเงินสดและสรุปงบการเงิน
-จัดการการปิดบัญชีและการวิเคราะห์ (ธุรกิจส่งเสริม BOI)
-วิเคราะห์งบการเงินและประสานงานกับทีมบัญชี
-จัดเตรียมและรับผิดชอบในการคืนภาษี สรุปภาษีประจำปีและรายงานบังคับสำหรับรัฐบาล
-รับผิดชอบในการร่างงบประมาณประจำปีและแผนขั้นกลางสำหรับ บริษัท
-ดูแลบัญชีแยกประเภทและทะเบียนทรัพย์สิน
-ติดต่อประสานงานกับผู้สอบบัญชีนายธนาคารหน่วยงานของรัฐและหน่วยงานภายนอกอื่น ๆ
-ควบคุมกระแสเงินสดระบุแหล่งเงินที่เป็นไปได้และดีกว่า
จัดเตรียมแพ็คเกจการรวมบัญชีไปยังบริษัทแม่
-จัดทำรายงานบัญชีต้นทุนเพื่อให้คำแนะนำทางการเงินที่เหมาะสมแก่แต่ละแผนก
-ฝึกอบรมพนักงานรุ่นเยาว์เพื่อให้พวกเขาทำงานได้ดีขึ้นและตรวจสอบประสิทธิภาพของพวกเขา
-งานอื่น ๆ จะได้รับมอบหมาย


ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น
-อายุ 40-50 ปี
-เฉพาะผู้หญิง
-ปริญญาตรีสาขาการบัญชี
-ประสบการณ์ด้านบัญชีและการเงินประมาณ 10 ปี
-มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับสถาบันการบัญชีบริหาร บัญชีต้นทุนกฎภาษี (เอกสาร ภ.ง.ด.) TFRS IFRS เป็นอย่างดี
-ประสบการณ์การบริหารงานอย่างน้อย 5 ปีในระดับผู้จัดการขึ้นไป
-ผู้ถือใบอนุญาต CPD
-ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนา
