Creative Director / ผู้อำนวยการสร้าง

<Job Responsibilities>
- Work closely with Executive to report and discuss the creative direction of the company
- Shoulder the responsibility of the quality and completion of all work projects assigned to members of the creative team
- Report progress of projects at major stages of their conception, creation, and execution
- Mentor and encourage creative team members
- Produces promotional materials by developing basic presentation approaches and directing layout, design, and copy writing.
- Ensure designs and content reflect consistently and positively the brand image and company ideals
- Work with internal and external strategic partners to create products using the most current industry best practices
- Serve as a liaison between the marketing and creative team and between the creative team and individual clients
- Anticipate problems that may impede a project from completing on time and implement solutions
- Other tasks as assigned

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male/Female , age 27-29 years old
- Bachelor's degree from Fine & Applied Art or any related field
- Basic level of English (Can read&write, Internal communication in Slack)
- Have at least 5 years’ experience in graphic design (Related character design,artwork for SNS,Web site, Promotion movie)
- Have at least 1 year experience as creative director is preferable(leader of graphic designer)
- Have experience in create LINE sticker (moving sticker is preferable)
- Have experience with a variety of software programs related graphic design, such as Adobe CS (Photoshop, Illustrator,InDesign etc.) , If have experience in movie is preferable(Flash)
- Knowledge of how to develop brand identities through multi-channel marketing
- Good communication skill (communicate with high-profile clients and industry professionals)
- Professional business skills, such as negotiation, project management, and leadership
- Have portfolio
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Web design experience an advantage, especially using HTML5 and WordPress
- Having interests in Character, Cartoon field is a big plus for this position

- ตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าการออกแบบและเนื้อหาสะท้อนภาพลักษณ์ของแบรนด์และอุดมคติของ บริษัท อย่างสม่ำเสมอและเชิงบวก
- ทำงานร่วมกับพันธมิตรเชิงกลยุทธ์ทั้งภายในและภายนอกเพื่อสร้างผลิตภัณฑ์โดยใช้แนวทางปฏิบัติที่ดีที่สุดในอุตสาหกรรมปัจจุบัน
- ทำหน้าที่เป็นผู้ประสานงานระหว่างทีมการตลาดและทีมครีเอทีฟและระหว่างทีมครีเอทีฟกับลูกค้าแต่ละราย
- คาดการณ์ปัญหาที่อาจขัดขวางไม่ให้โครงการเสร็จสิ้นตามเวลาและดำเนินการแก้ไข
- งานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทยเพศชาย/หญิงอายุ 27-29 ปี
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาวิจิตรศิลป์หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ระดับพื้นฐานของภาษาอังกฤษ (สามารถอ่านและเขียน, การสื่อสารภายในใน Slack)
- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 5 ปีในการออกแบบกราฟิก (ออกแบบตัวละครที่เกี่ยวข้อง, อาร์ตเวิร์คสำหรับ SNS, เว็บไซต์, ภาพยนตร์โปรโมต)
- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 1 ปีในฐานะครีเอทีฟไดเรกเตอร์เป็นที่ต้องการ (หัวหน้านักออกแบบกราฟิก)
- มีประสบการณ์ในการสร้าง LINE สติกเกอร์ (ต้องการย้ายสติกเกอร์)
- มีประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับโปรแกรมซอฟต์แวร์ต่างๆที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการออกแบบกราฟิกเช่น Adobe CS (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign เป็นต้น) หากมีประสบการณ์ด้านภาพยนตร์จะแนะนำ (Flash)
- ความรู้เกี่ยวกับการพัฒนาอัตลักษณ์ของแบรนด์ผ่านการตลาดแบบหลายช่องทาง
- มีทักษะในการสื่อสารที่ดี (สื่อสารกับลูกค้าที่มีชื่อเสียงและผู้เชี่ยวชาญในอุตสาหกรรม)
- ทักษะทางธุรกิจระดับมืออาชีพเช่นการเจรจาต่อรองการจัดการโครงการและความเป็นผู้นำ
- มีผลงาน
