Duties & Responsibilities:
• Maintain and improve the development of department and the related function.
• Maintain a strong and stable production system and efficient organization to meet the customer and company's requirement with a strong emphasis on flexibility and achieving schedule demands.
• Control production process.
• Manage manpower, planning, training employee to increase working skill.
• Review and improve overall structure achieve and integrated approach to problem solving.
• Make report to report line every month.
• Maintain good working relation in production line.
• Other tasks might be assigned.


Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 35-45 years
• Male only
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering field
• Have working experience at least 10 years about Production control in Automotive industry.
• Have management experience at least 5 years as Production Supervisor or higher in Automotive industry.
• Have knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949
• Advance conversation middle to high level of English

-บำรุงรักษาและปรับปรุงการพัฒนาแผนกและหน้าที่ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
-รักษาระบบการผลิตที่แข็งแกร่งและมั่นคงและองค์กรที่มีประสิทธิภาพเพื่อตอบสนองความต้องการของลูกค้าและบริษัทโดยเน้นที่ความยืดหยุ่นและบรรลุความต้องการตามกำหนดเวลา
-ควบคุมกระบวนการผลิต
-จัดการกำลังคนวางแผนฝึกอบรมพนักงานเพื่อเพิ่มทักษะในการทำงาน
-ทบทวนและปรับปรุงโครงสร้างโดยรวมและแนวทางบูรณาการในการแก้ปัญหา
-ทำรายงานต่อหัวหน้างานทุกเดือน
-รักษาความสัมพันธ์ในการทำงานที่ดีในสายการผลิต
-อาจมีการมอบหมายงานอื่น ๆ

ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น
-อายุ 35-45 ปี
-เฉพาะผู้ชาย
-ปริญญาตรีสาขาวิศวกรรม
-มีประสบการณ์ทำงานอย่างน้อย 10 ปีเกี่ยวกับการควบคุมการผลิตในอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์
-มีประสบการณ์ด้านการบริหารจัดการอย่างน้อย 5 ปีในตำแหน่งหัวหน้าฝ่ายผลิตหรือสูงกว่าในอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์
-มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับ ISO 9001 และ IATF 16949
-ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนา
