<Job Responsibilities>
- Perform sales activities and find opportunity for new developed client and maintain existing client as same as supervise sales team
- Set up strategy & business plan to align with company direction and goal.
- Plan and prioritize sales activities and customers/channels contacts towards achieving agreed business aims, including costs and sales.
- Plan and manage business portfolio, territory, and sales channel.
- Manage relevant reporting for management and financial information.
- Manage product & service mix, pricing and margins according to agreed company aims.
- Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods.
- Support marketing activities and integrate sales efforts with other organized marketing activities, e.g., product launches, promotions, advertising and exhibitions.
- Monitoring and report on market and competitor activities and product relevant graphic system and printing market with analysis and reports for management.
- Motivate team of business development team thought performance coaching, skills improvement of career planning
- Manage all aspect of business development and planning resources, inventory, planning includes customer issues resolving
- Improve productivity by highlight efficiency and recommendation change in tools, training, process and reporting
- Identify opportunities for campaigns, solutions package and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales
- Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the Fujifilm’s unique selling propositions and differentiators
- Report operational achievement and process to management on a regular basis including statistical analysis and improvement of any action plan
- Develop strong relationship with business development team to achieve sales agreement and objective including negotiating and closing project.
- Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends
- Market research, competitors activities and analysis including report to management
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality , Male/Female , age 34-45 years old
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience as sales of printing product or related to graphic system (especially Offset, Flexo & Wide format inkjet) 7 years or above
- Managing subordinate experience (Able to work as a team and handle senior and junior subordinates and gain their trust.)
- Demonstrated leadership and be achievement oriented
- Customer oriented with experience in negotiation and problem solving as well as motivation and leading a sales team.
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Proactive, well-organized, has can-do attitude, results driven
- Own transportation with a valid driving license and be able to travel either to upcountry or abroad when required
