Duties & Responsibilities:
• To Control operators, Machines, and material to meet the target of quantity, quality, delivery.
• Monitor manpower and manning cost to ensure smooth operations
• To focus and action to reduce NG products.
• To suggest and teach subordinate.
• Support Kaizen activity, 5S, and QCC.
• Other duties as assigned


Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 34-43 years
• Bachelor Degree in the engineering field
• Around 10 years of experience in the Production line in the automotive fastening company.
• Around 5 years of experience in a Japanese company.
• Around 5 years of experience in management in the production team. (each position have to work more than 2 years)
• Conversational middle of English (Using internal language)
• Having knowledge or experience in CNC, Lean manufacturing concept, IATF16949, Kaizen, and TPM.
• Please send work certificate in the previous company

-เพื่อควบคุมผู้ปฏิบัติงานเครื่องจักรและวัสดุให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมายด้านปริมาณคุณภาพการจัดส่ง
-ตรวจสอบกำลังคนและต้นทุนการจัดการเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าการดำเนินงานเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่น
-มุ่งเน้นและดำเนินการเพื่อลดผลิตภัณฑ์ NG
-เพื่อแนะนำและสอนผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชา
-สนับสนุนกิจกรรม Kaizen, 5S และ QCC
-หน้าที่อื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น
-อายุ 34-43 ปี
-ปริญญาตรีสาขาวิศวกรรม
-มีประสบการณ์ประมาณ 10 ปีในสายการผลิตในบริษัทชิ้นส่วนยึดรถยนต์
-มีประสบการณ์ในบริษัทญี่ปุ่นประมาณ 5 ปี
-มีประสบการณ์ประมาณ 5 ปีในการบริหารทีมงานฝ่ายผลิต (แต่ละตำแหน่งต้องทำงานมากกว่า 2 ปี)
-ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนา
-มีความรู้หรือประสบการณ์ด้าน CNC, แนวคิดการผลิตแบบ Lean, IATF16949, Kaizen และ TPM
-กรุณาส่งใบรับรองการทำงานในบริษัทเดิม
