Work Outline: To act as the first point of contact for visitors and callers to Alert and to undertake a range of other administrative tasks as identified by supervisor/manager.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries
Screening phone calls
Monitor and ensure that the reception area is kept tidy and projects a business-like image.
Provide logistical support to meetings held in the Board Room, to include preparation of meeting and conference rooms and assist in arrangements for catering provisions
Assist in General Office administration
Assist in the coordination of ad-hoc company functions/events
Assist in any ad-hoc duties, projects and activities as and when required
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality only, Female, age 22-24 years old
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration or other related fields
New graduates OR if candidate has 1 – 2 years’ experience of receptionist or admin
Working experience in similar industry/business
Possess good professional image, excellent phone mannerism and enthusiasm in customer
Service
Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint applications is highly preferred
Good English skill in both writing and speaking
Good interpersonal skill and team player
Preferable Skill / Experience
Experience in trading company
Languages skills
English: Advance Conversation level

Working Hour: 8:30 – 17:20 (Monday to Friday) Lunch time: 12:00 – 13:20
