Work Outline: Provide legal service support, and consulting with clients.  


Duties & Responsibilities:
 Draft the legal documents Business Law in Thai and English.
 Provide legal support and advice on various legal aspects related to company business, company setup expansion to Thailand, labor and others
 Provide various services related in low (license, incorporation, branch establishment, representative office establishment, company registration, change of company registration, BOI, director, The acquisition of various approvals, etc.)

Qualifications:
[Must]
 Thai nationality only, male/female, age 22-30 years old 
 Bachelor’s degree from law or related field
 Fresh graduate is welcome


Preferable Skill / Experience
 Outstanding Educational backgrounds


 Languages skills 
English: Advance Conversation level 
Japanese: None


Workplace Area: BTS Chitlom 
 Working Hour: 9:00-18:00 (Mon-Fri)

Salary: 25,000THB-50,000THB negotiable
