Work Outline: Responsible for mechanical design and estimation department


Duties & Responsibilities:
 Control the design and quotation of factory’s mechanical system such as HVAC, plumbing, steam, fire protection and air compressor system

Qualifications:
[Must]
 Thai nationality only, male/female, age above 40 years old 
 Bachelor’s degree
 Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the building construction and or design of mechanical system
 Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the design and estimation department
 Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and or factory mechanical design and estimation
 Have the ability to lead own team
 Good verbal and written communication skills in English
 Proficient in the use of MS Office, including Excel, Word, Power point and Outlook
 Engineer license at least Level 2 is necessary


Preferable Skill / Experience
 Experience in Japanese M and E construction company
 Design and Estimation experience in factory






 Languages skills 
English: Advance Conversation level 
Japanese: None


Workplace Area: BTS Chongnonsri 
 Working Hour: (Monday to Friday) 8:30 to 17:30
