Warehouse Assistant Manager

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Managing and control warehouse operation of inbound and bound
• Arrange warehouse procedure, space and equipment to enough for goods volume and cover warehouse operation
• Plan, coordinate &monitor daily warehouse operations activities of receiving, storage, dispatch of goods against SOPs and monitoring the performance level of warehouse
• Maintain warehouse staff to enough for goods volume, training staffs and monitory their performance and progress
• Control and advice issue incident report when goods damage/loss/accident by root cause analysis /corrective/preventive action
• Responsible for workplace health and safety and for the security of the warehouse and stock
• Coordinating with concerned department in order to ensure that goods are received and dispatched appropriately.
• Keep stock control systems up to date and make sure inventoried are accurate.
• Analyze data to monitor and verify KPI of operation performance and plan improvement in the warehouse


Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 32-40 years
• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistic or related field
• Have working experience at least 5 years about Warehouse from Supply chain management or 3PL
• Have management experience at least 2 years as Warehouse Assistant Manager in Supply chain management or Logistic industry
• Able to use WMS or UMS application
• Able to use Microsoft Office program
• Advanced conversation low to middle level of English

Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(<Saturday Working: Average twice a month>)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
-การจัดการและควบคุมการดำเนินการคลังสินค้าของขาเข้าและขาออก
-จัดระเบียบขั้นตอนคลังสินค้าพื้นที่และอุปกรณ์ให้เพียงพอกับปริมาณสินค้าและครอบคลุมการดำเนินการคลังสินค้า
-วางแผนประสานงานและตรวจสอบกิจกรรมการดำเนินงานคลังสินค้าประจำวันในการรับการจัดเก็บการจัดส่งสินค้าต่อต้าน SOP และการตรวจสอบระดับประสิทธิภาพของคลังสินค้า
-ดูแลพนักงานคลังสินค้าให้เพียงพอกับปริมาณสินค้าฝึกอบรมพนักงานและตรวจสอบประสิทธิภาพและความก้าวหน้าของพวกเขา
-รายงานเหตุการณ์การควบคุมและคำแนะนำเมื่อสินค้าเกิดความเสียหาย / สูญหาย / อุบัติเหตุโดยการวิเคราะห์สาเหตุที่แท้จริง / การดำเนินการแก้ไข / ป้องกัน
-รับผิดชอบต่อสุขภาพและความปลอดภัยในสถานที่ทำงานและเพื่อความปลอดภัยของคลังสินค้าและสต็อก
-ประสานงานกับแผนกที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าได้รับและจัดส่งสินค้าอย่างเหมาะสม
-ปรับปรุงระบบควบคุมสต็อกให้ทันสมัยอยู่เสมอและตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าผู้ประดิษฐ์นั้นถูกต้อง
-วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเพื่อตรวจสอบและตรวจสอบ KPI ของผลการดำเนินงานและวางแผนปรับปรุงคลังสินค้า

ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น
-อายุ 32-40 ปี
-ปริญญาตรีสาขาโลจิสติกส์หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
-มีประสบการณ์การทำงานอย่างน้อย 5 ปีเกี่ยวกับคลังสินค้าจาก Supply chain management หรือ 3PL
-มีประสบการณ์ด้านการบริหารจัดการอย่างน้อย 2 ปีในตำแหน่งผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการคลังสินค้าในการจัดการซัพพลายเชนหรืออุตสาหกรรมโลจิสติกส์
-สามารถใช้แอพพลิเคชั่น WMS หรือ UMS
-สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office ได้
-ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนา
