Work outline: Responsible for Trade function such as checking the details on sales invoices and purchase invoices which prepared by sales department or admin and properly posted to the AX system 


Duties & Responsibilities:
 Prepare monthly inventories reconciliation and inventories balance report also
 Prepare monthly sales and cost reconciliation to ensure that sales and cost are accurate and complete
 Prepare output VAT report
 Perform other duties as assigned or required
 Collaborate and work closely with the team members across department for process efficiency


Qualifications:
[Must]
 Thai nationality, female only, age 28-32 years old  
 Bachelor degree in Accounting
 Experiences in Inventories control would be advantage
 Experiences in SAP and AX system would be advantage
 Project recognition and incoterm knowledge would be advantage
 Good skills of Thai accounting standard and taxation
 Good communication skills for Microsoft Office, especially in Excel
 Proactive and enjoy working under pressure
 Able to work hard to finish the job on time
 Able to communicate in English

English: Conversation level (TOEIC 550)
Japanese: None

Working Hour: 09:00 – 17:30 (Monday – Friday) 


About the Benefit
Salary: 28,000 – 30,000 THB (Base salary) negotiable
