ผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการ – ผู้จัดการแผนกควบคุมคุณภาพ (สื่อสารภาษาญี่ปุ่น)

• Duties & Responsibilities:
• Responsible for inspect and maintain quality of products, then improve pressing process
• Coordinates activities of members engaged in inspecting incoming parts from supplier, in process and finished products to ensure adherence to company quality standards and customer specifications
• Manage procedure of quality concern
• Implement inspection procedure until products meets quality standards and specifications are attained
• Negotiate with suppliers, handle complaining from customers to solve the problems
• Handle inspection from clients
• Safety system maintain and risk review to protect quality matter
• Manage progress for each KPI target and analysis route cause to improvement to achieve KPI
• Prepare documents and report which is needed to submit to client
• Measurement by using projector and other instrument
• Make PPAP for new products
• Trouble shooting by analysis and make countermeasure to reduce monthly & daily problem
• Train junior staff to perform more efficient
• Translate Japanese QC related document and manual into Thai Language
• Perform other tasks as assign by Japanese GM
• Other tasks might be assigned



Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 30-35 years
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Advanced conversational middle of Japanese(Be able to read and understand manual)
• At least 5years working experiences as QC in automotive parts manufacturing company
• At least 3 years management experience
• Have knowledge of FMEA,SPC,MSA,ISO 9001
• Be able to read drawing then measure by measuring instrument such as projector
• Be able to commute to work by himself/herself
• Have knowledge of TS and IATF16949 is preferable
• Used to work in pressing processing parts industry is preferable



Languages skills
• English : Basic
• Japanese : Conversational

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
•รับผิดชอบในการตรวจสอบและรักษาคุณภาพของผลิตภัณฑ์จากนั้นปรับปรุงกระบวนการกด
•ประสานงานกิจกรรมของสมาชิกที่มีส่วนร่วมในการตรวจสอบชิ้นส่วนขาเข้าจากซัพพลายเออร์ในกระบวนการและผลิตภัณฑ์สำเร็จรูปเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าเป็นไปตามมาตรฐานคุณภาพของ บริษัท และข้อกำหนดของลูกค้า
•จัดการขั้นตอนของความกังวลด้านคุณภาพ
•ดำเนินการตามขั้นตอนการตรวจสอบจนกว่าผลิตภัณฑ์จะเป็นไปตามมาตรฐานคุณภาพและคุณสมบัติที่กำหนด
•เจรจากับซัพพลายเออร์จัดการเรื่องร้องเรียนจากลูกค้าเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหา
•จัดการการตรวจสอบจากลูกค้า
•ดูแลรักษาระบบความปลอดภัยและตรวจสอบความเสี่ยงเพื่อปกป้องคุณภาพ
•จัดการความคืบหน้าสำหรับแต่ละเป้าหมาย KPI และเส้นทางการวิเคราะห์ทำให้เกิดการปรับปรุงเพื่อให้บรรลุ KPI
•จัดเตรียมเอกสารและรายงานที่จำเป็นเพื่อส่งให้ลูกค้า
•การวัดโดยใช้โปรเจคเตอร์และเครื่องมืออื่น ๆ
•ทำ PPAP สำหรับผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่
•แก้ปัญหาโดยการวิเคราะห์และทำการตอบโต้เพื่อลดปัญหารายเดือนและรายวัน
•ฝึกอบรมพนักงานรุ่นเยาว์ให้ทำงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้น
•แปลเอกสารและคู่มือการควบคุมคุณภาพภาษาญี่ปุ่นเป็นภาษาไทย
•ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ GM ญี่ปุ่นมอบหมาย
•อาจมีการมอบหมายงานอื่น ๆ



ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น
•อายุ 30-35 ปี
•ปริญญาตรี
•สนทนาขั้นสูงภาษาญี่ปุ่นกลาง (สามารถอ่านและทำความเข้าใจคู่มือ)
•ประสบการณ์ทำงานอย่างน้อย 5 ปีในตำแหน่ง QC ในบริษัทผลิตชิ้นส่วนยานยนต์
•มีประสบการณ์บริหารอย่างน้อย 3 ปี
•มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับ FMEA, SPC, MSA, ISO 9001
•สามารถอ่านการวาดภาพแล้ววัดด้วยเครื่องมือวัดเช่นโปรเจ็กเตอร์
•สามารถเดินทางไปทำงานได้ด้วยตนเอง
•มีความรู้ TS และ IATF16949 เป็นที่ต้องการ
•ใช้ในการทำงานในอุตสาหกรรมชิ้นส่วนการแปรรูปแบบกดเป็นที่ต้องการ
