Work outline: Be responsible for a wide range of tasks in corporate function and support Japanese branch manager as well as sales staffs.
Duties & Responsibilities:
HR and Admin:
Attendance management and personal management
Coordinate with Japan HQ and Singapore branch including preparing report to there as well as translating and interpreting with Japanese people.
Sales support:
Assist a branch manager and other sales staff to coordination, booking meeting room, prepare and deliver materials of training on time by coordinating with Transportation Company.
Support to create and manage documents such invoice , contract, receipts and other required documents
Accounting:
Cooperate with an accounting firm to meet required procedure such as AP, AR and creating financial report including budget planning.
*The accounting firm will do some training for unexperienced person until get to learn the process.
Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai Nationality, Male or female, Age 25-40 years old
Bachelor’s Degree
At least 2 years professional experience as a coordinator , Sales support or Admin
Business level of Japanese language
Good at Excel, Power point
Personality (Supportive, Flexible , Team player)
Languages skills
English: Advanced Conversational Level - Prefer
Japanese: Advanced Conversational Level – Business Level
Workplace Area: BTS: Phrom Phong
Working Hour: 9:00 -18:00(Mon – Fri)
About the Benefit
Salary: 35,000 – 55,000 THB
