Duties & Responsibilities:
• Root cause analysis and solve the problems that occur in the production process.
• Inspecting output samples using industry-appropriate methods, such as comparing to standards, measuring dimensions (Caliper ,Height Gauge).
• Checking product quality and proposing improvements to the production process.
• Responsible on client complaints and require.
• Reviewing New model drawing and receive ECN (Engineering Change Notice) and specifications to compare to produced goods.

Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 25-30 years
• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or other related field.
• 3 years working experience as QC engineer from iron, steel ,metal product in automotive manufacturing only.
• Only 1 time change job is a must.
• Able to do multitask in QC department
• Able to use CMM ,Cutting tool and Measurement tools ( Caliper ,Height Gauge).
• Good knowledge of 8D report , problem solving , why why analysis,ISO 14001, ISO 9001 ,and IATF 16949.
• Able to use Auto cad 2D and read 2D drawing.
• Advance conversational low level in English (Read and write report)
• Can work as a team and can work under pressure.
• Have working experience in Japanese organization.

Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Monday to Friday *Saturday Working: one a month or twice a month)

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
•การวิเคราะห์สาเหตุและแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นในกระบวนการผลิต
•ตรวจสอบตัวอย่างผลลัพธ์โดยใช้วิธีการที่เหมาะสมกับอุตสาหกรรมเช่นการเปรียบเทียบกับมาตรฐานขนาดการวัด (คาลิปเปอร์มาตรวัดความสูง)
•ตรวจสอบคุณภาพของผลิตภัณฑ์และเสนอการปรับปรุงกระบวนการผลิต
•รับผิดชอบต่อข้อร้องเรียนของลูกค้าและต้องการ
•ตรวจสอบแบบจำลองใหม่และรับ ECN (ประกาศการเปลี่ยนแปลงทางวิศวกรรม) และข้อกำหนดเพื่อเปรียบเทียบกับสินค้าที่ผลิต


ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น
•อายุ 25-30 ปี
•ปริญญาตรีสาขาวิศวกรรมอุตสาหการหรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
•ประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน 3 ปีในตำแหน่งวิศวกร QC จากเหล็กเหล็กกล้าผลิตภัณฑ์โลหะในการผลิตยานยนต์เท่านั้น
•ต้องเปลี่ยนงานเพียง 1 ครั้งเท่านั้น
•สามารถทำงานหลายอย่างในแผนก QC ได้
•สามารถใช้ CMM, เครื่องมือตัดและเครื่องมือวัด (คาลิปเปอร์, เกจวัดความสูง)
•มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับรายงาน 8D เป็นอย่างดีการแก้ปัญหาทำไมต้องวิเคราะห์ ISO 14001 ISO 9001 และ IATF 16949
•สามารถใช้ Auto cad 2D และอ่านแบบ 2D ได้
•ระดับการสนทนาขั้นสูงในภาษาอังกฤษระดับต่ำ (อ่านและเขียนรายงาน)
•สามารถทำงานเป็นทีมและสามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้
•มีประสบการณ์การทำงานในองค์กรญี่ปุ่น
