Overview
– A position to lead service/operation launch in the country
– Potential General Manager (depending on performance and personal preference)
• Responsibilities
– Launch, stabilize and manage service and operation in the country (incl. hiring)
– Back-up and support all functions including clinic support and patient support as well as sales as necessary
– Operate administration (Can leverage outsourcing especially accounting/taxation/book keeping. Include building the operation itself)
– Develop and discuss growth strategy with HQ and execute it as agreed (after stabilizing the initial operation)
