Duties & Responsibilities:
 Responsible for maintaining the building in good repair (Main is air conditioner)
 Completes daily, weekly and monthly checklists on building equipment maintenance procedures and maintains records of scheduled maintenance procedures Onsite consulting at the properties
 Respond to emergency maintenance requests as required
 Support customer by sending necessary document or go to repair equipment
 Other tasks as assigned


Qualifications:
[Must]
 Thai nationality, Male ONLY, Age 24 – 30
 Bachelor's degree in any related fields
 At least 1 year experience in engineer or maintenance engineer


Preferred:
 Work experience in Real Estate/Agent
 Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills


Languages skills 
English: Daily Conversational Level 
Japanese: Daily Conversational Level (preferable) 




Workplace Area: Lumpini / Bangkok 
Working Hour: Monday to Sunday 9:00 – 18.00 (2 days off/according to shifts) 


About the Benefit
Salary: 25,000THB – 35,000THB (Negotiable/Depends on experience)
