Sales Staff (Japanese Speaking) (22.4K-32.4K) (SDG-57518)

<Job Responsibilities>
 Work in office 40%, Client visit 60%
**Company car and driver will be provided for visiting client
 Domestic: Mahachai, Samut Sakorn, Nakhon Prathom, etc.
 Overseas: Japan (Main), Australia
 Maintain relationship with existing clients and make BD call to gain new potential clients (List provided)
 Support sales work for HQ in coordinating purchase of raw materials, inspect the quality and export products to Japan
 Taking both Import, Export, and domestics sales activity
 Take care of client's order
 Contact, negotiate and coordinate with food supplier to purchase food material/ingredient and company products
 Quote the price, Issue quotation, do fixing price to clients
 Sampling and testing food sample
 Coordinate with sales support and logistics team in order to follow up process
 Compose related report to report line
 Other related tasks as assigned by the report line
 Additional; to take care of clients and keep good relationship by entertaining/having dinner with them (Bangkok area and upcountry as per prospects)


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
 Thai nationality, Male / Female, 22-27 years old
 Bachelor’s degree fresh graduates are welcome
 Male or Female Age not over 27 years old
 Good communication in Japanese (At least N3 is required)
 English skills: mainly for writing email and documentation
 Strong liaison skills (with clients, suppliers, etc.) and comfort to communicate with new people
 Well-responsible of sales process for clients and self-control (Target Setting, Prioritizing in the tasks with prompt action)
 Keen to learn new knowledge (high in curiosity and challenging mindset)
 Willing to travel upcountry and overseas
 Be flexible for after-work activity with clients such as having dinner (Mainly in Bangkok)

 สนับสนุนงานขายให้กับ HQ ในการประสานงานจัดซื้อวัตถุดิบตรวจสอบคุณภาพและส่งออกสินค้าไปญี่ปุ่น
 รับทั้งนำเข้าส่งออกและขายในประเทศ
 ดูแลความเรียบร้อยของลูกค้า
 ติดต่อเจรจาและประสานงานกับผู้จำหน่ายอาหารเพื่อซื้อวัสดุ / ส่วนผสมอาหารและผลิตภัณฑ์ของ บริษัท
 เสนอราคาออกใบเสนอราคากำหนดราคาให้กับลูกค้า
 สุ่มตัวอย่างและทดสอบตัวอย่างอาหาร
 ประสานงานกับทีมสนับสนุนการขายและโลจิสติกส์เพื่อติดตามกระบวนการ
 จัดทำรายงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับสายรายงาน
 งานอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องตามที่สายรายงานมอบหมาย
 เพิ่มเติม; ดูแลลูกค้าและรักษาความสัมพันธ์อันดีด้วยการเลี้ยงรับรอง / รับประทานอาหารค่ำกับลูกค้า (ในพื้นที่กรุงเทพฯและต่างจังหวัดตามกลุ่มเป้าหมาย)

 สัญชาติไทย เพศชาย / หญิง อายุ 22-27 ปี
 ยินดีรับนักศึกษาจบใหม่ระดับปริญญาตรี
 สื่อสารภาษาญี่ปุ่นได้ดี (ต้องมี N3 เป็นอย่างน้อย)
 ทักษะภาษาอังกฤษ: สำหรับการเขียนอีเมลและเอกสารเป็นหลัก
 ทักษะการติดต่อประสานงานที่แข็งแกร่ง (กับลูกค้า ซัพพลายเออร์ ฯลฯ )
 มีความรับผิดชอบในกระบวนการขายสำหรับลูกค้าและการควบคุมตนเอง (การตั้งเป้าหมายการจัดลำดับความสำคัญในงานพร้อมการดำเนินการที่รวดเร็ว)
 กระตือรือร้นที่จะเรียนรู้ความรู้ใหม่ ๆ (มีความอยากรู้อยากเห็นสูงและมีความคิดที่ท้าทาย)
 ยินดีที่จะเดินทางไปต่างจังหวัดและต่างประเทศ
 มีความยืดหยุ่นในการทำกิจกรรมหลังเลิกงานกับลูกค้าเช่นรับประทานอาหารเย็น (ส่วนใหญ่อยู่ในกรุงเทพฯ)
