Duties & Responsibilities:
Handle and support customers
Translate related documents TH-ENG and ENG-TH
Liaise with customers either by telephone, email, or face-to-face
Manage administration work and all documents
Liaise between internal and external departments
Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Female , age 22-25 years old
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in business administration or other related field
Fresh graduates are welcome
1 years of working experience in receptionist, administrator, customer service, or related functions
Working experience in Japanese company will be advantage
Good command of English
Good PC skills in MS Office
Excellent interpersonal communication, and collaboration skills
Languages skills
English: Advanced conversation level
Japanese: Advanced conversation level (Preferable)
Workplace Area: MRT Silom
Working Hour: 9:00 -18:00 (Mon – Fri)
