Accounting Officer
(30K – 50K) (SDG-57776)
พนักงานฝ่ายจัดซื้อ (สื่อสารภาษาจีน)

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Responsible for Accounting: mainly as AP
• Prepare to process transfers and payment
• Collecting Accounting data and expenses by Excel file and input in company data base
• To prepare tax and submit to government
• Complete payments & Control expenses, verify & reconcile invoice preparing statement & monthly report
• Support for monthly closing
• Other tasks as assigned

Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 25-35 years
• Female preferred
• Bachelor Degree in Accounting field
• At least 3 years experience in Overall Accounting field (prefer from Manufacturing company)
• Holding CPD license
• Good command of English Language
• Good command in Microsoft Office especially Excel
• Proficient in SAP or Kingdee program is preferable
• Experience in Chinese Company is preferable

• English : Conversational
• Japanese : None


 
Workplace Area: Samnakthong, Mueang District, Rayong
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Mon-Sat (Sun is holiday))

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
•รับผิดชอบงานบัญชี: ส่วนใหญ่เป็น AP
•เตรียมดำเนินการโอนและชำระเงิน
•รวบรวมข้อมูลบัญชีและค่าใช้จ่ายด้วยไฟล์ Excel และป้อนข้อมูลในฐานข้อมูลของ บริษัท
•จัดทำภาษีและนำส่งรัฐบาล
•ชำระเงินและควบคุมค่าใช้จ่ายตรวจสอบและกระทบยอดใบแจ้งหนี้จัดทำใบแจ้งยอดและรายงานประจำเดือน
•รองรับการปิดรายเดือน
•งานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น
•อายุ 25-35 ปี
•ผู้หญิงที่ต้องการ
•ปริญญาตรีสาขาการบัญชี
•มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 3 ปีในสาขาการบัญชีโดยรวม (ถ้ามาจากบริษัทผู้ผลิตจะดีมาก)
•ถือใบอนุญาต CPD
•สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี
•สามารถใช้ Microsoft Office ได้ดีโดยเฉพาะ Excel
•มีความเชี่ยวชาญในโปรแกรม SAP หรือ Kingdee เป็นที่ต้องการ
•ควรมีประสบการณ์ใน บริษัท จีน
