<Job Responsibilities>
- Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.
- Sales business meeting plan to develop sales activities and to meet the goals.
- Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
- Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
- Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
- The ongoing training of your salespeople.
- Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education.
- Promoting the organization and products.
- Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our product
- Other tasks as assign by Management

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male/Female 38-42 years old
- Bachelor’s degree
- More than 5 years of working experience in food industry
- Have Management skill and able to lead a sales team at least 1 year
- Good command of English skill (written and verbal)
- Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
- Experience in customer relationship management.

- การจัดการการขายขององค์กรโดยการพัฒนาแผนธุรกิจที่ครอบคลุมการขายรายได้และการควบคุมค่าใช้จ่าย
- วางแผนการประชุมทางธุรกิจการขายเพื่อพัฒนากิจกรรมการขายและบรรลุเป้าหมาย
- กำหนดเป้าหมายการขายแต่ละรายการกับทีมขาย
- ติดตามเป้าหมายการขายและรายงานผลตามความจำเป็น
- ดูแลกิจกรรมและประสิทธิภาพของทีมขาย
- ประสานงานกับการตลาดในการสร้างโอกาสในการขาย
- การฝึกอบรมพนักงานขายของคุณอย่างต่อเนื่อง
- การพัฒนาทีมขายของคุณด้วยแรงจูงใจการให้คำปรึกษาและการศึกษาความรู้เกี่ยวกับผลิตภัณฑ์
- ส่งเสริมองค์กรและผลิตภัณฑ์
- เข้าใจลูกค้าในอุดมคติของเราและความเกี่ยวข้องกับผลิตภัณฑ์ของเราอย่างไร
- งานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ผู้บริหารมอบหมาย

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทยเพศชาย / หญิงอายุ 38-42 ปี
- ปริญญาตรี
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงานในอุตสาหกรรมอาหารมากกว่า 5 ปี
- มีทักษะในการบริหารจัดการและสามารถเป็นหัวหน้าทีมขายได้อย่างน้อย 1 ปี
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (เขียนและพูด)
- มีประสบการณ์ในการวางแผนและใช้กลยุทธ์การขาย
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการบริหารลูกค้าสัมพันธ์
