<Job Responsibilities>
- Prepare documents and applying to register FDA license for import.
- Contact to manufacturing in oversea to get all related documents for registration.
- Keep up to date all new Regulations
- Ensure Company complies with Thailand Laws and Regulations.
- Handle import product management and check the details such as product license and process
- Manage import process and coordinate with logistics company
- Any more other related duties as assigned by Superior.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male, Female 25 – 38 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in any field, but supply chain, logistics or business administration preferred.
- Minimum 1 - 3 years' experience in FDA registration
- Good command in English (with Japanese people)
- Quick response and negotiation skill, Multi task skill, Interpersonal and decision making skill.
- Can work on alternated Saturday.

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Bachelor's degree in Food Sciences
- Have Import knowledge

Workplace Area: BTS Udom Suk , Bangkok
Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Monday - Friday (Saturday: Every other Saturday))

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- จัดเตรียมเอกสารและขอขึ้นทะเบียนอย. สำหรับการนำเข้า
- ติดต่อฝ่ายผลิตในต่างประเทศเพื่อขอเอกสารการจดทะเบียนทั้งหมด
- อัปเดตกฎระเบียบใหม่ทั้งหมด
- ตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่า บริษัท ปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายและข้อบังคับของประเทศไทย
- จัดการการจัดการสินค้านำเข้าและตรวจสอบรายละเอียดเช่นใบอนุญาตผลิตภัณฑ์และกระบวนการ
- จัดการกระบวนการนำเข้าและประสานงานกับ บริษัท โลจิสติกส์
- หน้าที่อื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องตามที่หัวหน้าฝ่ายบริหารมอบหมาย

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทยเพศชายหญิงอายุ 25-38 ปี
- สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีทุกสาขา แต่ต้องการห่วงโซ่อุปทานโลจิสติกส์หรือบริหารธุรกิจ
- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 1-3 ปีในการขึ้นทะเบียนอย
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (กับคนญี่ปุ่น)
- ทักษะการตอบสนองอย่างรวดเร็วและการเจรจาต่อรองทักษะหลายงานทักษะความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบุคคลและการตัดสินใจ
- สามารถทำงานในวันเสาร์สลับกันได้

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่ต้องการ>
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาวิทยาศาสตร์การอาหาร
- มีความรู้ด้านการนำเข้า
