<Job Responsibilities>
*Accounting div is taking care of accounting tasks of 3 companies
*This position need to take care of overall accounting tasks

- Issue invoice, tax invoice and billing to customer
- Input the data to system (winspeed)
- Prepare reports for financial statement
- Deposit and Withdraw
- Management of petty cash
- Coordinate with other div and company
- Other tasks as assigned
- *Monthly settlement period=>need to work overtime (about 3 h/day)

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Female 22 – 28 years old
- Bachelor’s degree of accounting *fresh-graduated ; welcome
- Accounting experience in any industry
- Good command of English skill
- Diligent person, patient person, Collaborative person
- *fresh-graduated ; welcome

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Understand Japanese working style
- Experience of using winspeed
- Have CPD license

Languages skills
English: Conversational Level
Japanese:

Workplace Area: Khlong Luang, Pathumthani
Working Hour: 7:00-16:00(Mon-Fri,Sat 2times/month)

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
* ฝ่ายบัญชีดูแลงานด้านบัญชีของ 3 บริษัท
* ตำแหน่งนี้ต้องดูแลงานด้านบัญชีโดยรวม

- ออกใบกำกับภาษีใบกำกับภาษีให้ลูกค้า
- ป้อนข้อมูลไปยังระบบ (winspeed)
- จัดทำรายงานสำหรับงบการเงิน
- ฝากและถอน
- การจัดการเงินสดย่อย
- ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานและ บริษัท อื่น ๆ
- งานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- * ระยะเวลาชำระหนี้รายเดือน => ต้องทำงานล่วงเวลา (ประมาณ 3 ชม. / วัน)

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทยเพศหญิงอายุ 22-28 ปี
- ปริญญาตรีบัญชีบัณฑิต * จบการศึกษาใหม่ ยินดีต้อนรับ
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านบัญชีในทุกอุตสาหกรรม
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี
- คนขยันอดทนคนทำงานร่วมกัน
