Duties & Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage any project assigned by management team which leads to increase revenue and profits.
• Support Director to increase profitability of waste management services such as unit cost of waste.
• Engage in sales and profit budgeting, planning, future strategy with management team, then implement any activity distributing information and tasks to Sales staffs.
• Review sales revenues monthly against overall target and set quotas and prescribe monthly action plans for technical sales representatives to achieve targets and quotas.
• Control the daily work plans, weekly priorities, and other reporting as needed in the Sales Staff for routine operations.
• Establish and monitor performance against KPIs for Sales Staffs.
• Monthly reporting to management on results of Sales Staffs’ results.
• Undertake monthly training of Sales staff and co-ordinate with the senior customer services representative.
• Resolve any problems related to the customers with staff.
• Maintain high quality service level in your market area and effectively coordinate with related departments as required.
• Conduct efficient training for Sales staffs to maintain discipline and standard.
• Develop the range of services and grow the number of customers utilizing Songkhla (STS), Northern *Lamphun (NTS) and Amata (ATS) site.
• Establish and implement strategies for winning customers from the competition and increasing market in established sales areas.
• Support new business support to Chonburi Clean Energy (CCE) and any other business assigned by management.

Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 40-49 years
• Bachelor's degree in Science field (Science, Statistics, Physics, Chemical) or related
• At least 10 years sales experience in environment related company such as recycle, renewal energy, biomass, incineration disposal company
• Good command of English
• At least 5 years management experience
• Have own car
• Work experience in Japanese company or taking care of Japanese clients is preferable

Working Hour: 8:00-17:00(Monday - Friday, also every other Saturday)

•ตรวจสอบรายได้จากการขายทุกเดือนเทียบกับเป้าหมายโดยรวมและกำหนดโควต้าและกำหนดแผนปฏิบัติการรายเดือนสำหรับตัวแทนขายด้านเทคนิคเพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมายและโควต้า
•ควบคุมแผนการทำงานประจำวันลำดับความสำคัญรายสัปดาห์และการรายงานอื่น ๆ ตามความจำเป็นในพนักงานขายสำหรับการปฏิบัติงานประจำ
•สร้างและตรวจสอบประสิทธิภาพเทียบกับ KPI สำหรับพนักงานขาย

•รับการฝึกอบรมพนักงานขายทุกเดือนและประสานงานกับตัวแทนฝ่ายบริการลูกค้าอาวุโส

•รักษาระดับการบริการที่มีคุณภาพสูงในพื้นที่ตลาดของคุณและประสานงานกับแผนกที่เกี่ยวข้องอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพตามที่กำหนด
•ดำเนินการฝึกอบรมพนักงานขายอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพเพื่อรักษาระเบียบวินัยและมาตรฐาน
•พัฒนาบริการที่หลากหลายและเพิ่มจำนวนลูกค้าที่ใช้บริการในพื้นที่จังหวัดสงขลา (STS) ภาคเหนือ * ลำพูน (NTS) และอมตะ (ATS)
•กำหนดและดำเนินกลยุทธ์เพื่อเอาชนะใจลูกค้าจากการแข่งขันและเพิ่มตลาดในพื้นที่การขายที่จัดตั้งขึ้น
•สนับสนุนการสนับสนุนธุรกิจใหม่ชลบุรีพลังงานสะอาด (CCE) และธุรกิจอื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากฝ่ายบริหาร

ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น
•อายุ 40-49 ปี
•ปริญญาตรีสาขาวิทยาศาสตร์ (วิทยาศาสตร์สถิติฟิสิกส์เคมี) หรือที่เกี่ยวข้อง
•ประสบการณ์การขายอย่างน้อย 10 ปีใน บริษัท ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับสิ่งแวดล้อมเช่นการรีไซเคิลพลังงานหมุนเวียนชีวมวล บริษัทกำจัดขยะ
•ทักษะภาษาอังกฤษดี
•มีประสบการณ์บริหารอย่างน้อย 5 ปี
•มีรถยนต์เป็นของตัวเอง
•ควรมีประสบการณ์ทำงานใน บริษัท ญี่ปุ่นหรือดูแลลูกค้าชาวญี่ปุ่น
