Work outline: In charge of secretary, HR & GA tasks
Duties & Responsibilities:
Support Japanese MD’s tasks
Setup Manager's travel arrangements.
Interpret in internal meeting
Prepare and maintain Manager's expense report.
Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences.
Responsible for HR tasks (recruiting, set training, evaluate, etc.)
Responsible for admin tasks (Visa-work permit etc.)
ISO
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai Nationality, female, age 30-45 years old
Bachelor’s degree in any field
3 years of working experience in HR/ GA field
Preferable Skill / Experience
Working experience in Japanese company
Payroll
IT skill
JLPT N1
Languages skills
English: Advance Conversational Level
Japanese: Business level (N2 or above)
Workplace Area: BTS Phayathai
Working Hour: 8:30 – 17:00 (Mon-Fri)
