<Job Responsibilities>
- Plan , Develop , Organize , Implement and evaluate the company’s fiscal function and performance
- Oversee the accounts and finance team in operational work of the companies involved which include ensuring the timely submission of Monthly, Quarterly and Annual accounts to management, External auditor or person concerned.
- Prepare an executive summary report presented to the management team.
- Perform analysis on feasibility project regarding tax and accounting perspective.
- Oversee on timely and accurate annual budget, Budget revision working in close liaison with all divisions of the companies.
- Provide technical financial advice and knowledge to others with in the financial discipline.
- Oversee and manage the companies SOP, Ensuring sufficient internal controls in place to mitigate risk.
- Manage general accounting, Prepare statistic details of financial results and report to management.
- Manage Fix Asset.
- Establish and maintain A/C practices to ensure accurate and reliable data.
- Train, Supervise and develop accounting staff.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male, Female 30-40 years old
- Bachelor’s Master’s degree in Accounting
- Experience in Construction, Real Estate or other industry from Public Company (If have experience in Construction industry but not from Public Company also can apply)
- At least 3 years in Accounting Manager position and have team management experience
- Have CPD license
- Experience in any ERP program (Company is using Pojjaman Program)
- High integrity and honesty.
- Good communication and presentation proficiency.
- Ability to navigate through complex financial situations to maximize results.
- A strategic visionary with analytical ability, Good judgment, Strong operation focus.
- Strategic thinker with ability to appropriately build scalable financial solution to meet the needs of the business.

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Good command of English skill

Workplace Area: Wongwian Yai BTS station,Bangkok
Working Hour: 8:30-17:30(Monday - Saturday (Can choose to have a day off on one Saturday for each month))

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- วางแผนพัฒนาจัดระเบียบดำเนินการและประเมินผลงานและประสิทธิภาพทางการเงินของ บริษัท
- ดูแลทีมบัญชีและการเงินในการดำเนินงานของ บริษัท ที่เกี่ยวข้องซึ่งรวมถึงการส่งบัญชีรายเดือนรายไตรมาสและรายปีให้กับผู้บริหารผู้ตรวจสอบภายนอกหรือบุคคลที่เกี่ยวข้องอย่างทันท่วงที
- จัดทำรายงานสรุปผู้บริหารเสนอต่อคณะผู้บริหาร
- วิเคราะห์โครงการความเป็นไปได้ในมุมมองด้านภาษีและบัญชี
- ดูแลงบประมาณประจำปีที่ตรงเวลาและถูกต้องการแก้ไขงบประมาณทำงานโดยประสานงานอย่างใกล้ชิดกับหน่วยงานทั้งหมดของ บริษัท
- ให้คำแนะนำทางเทคนิคและความรู้ทางการเงินแก่ผู้อื่นโดยมีวินัยทางการเงิน
- ดูแลและจัดการ SOP ของ บริษัท ดูแลให้มีการควบคุมภายในที่เพียงพอเพื่อลดความเสี่ยง
- จัดการบัญชีทั่วไปจัดทำรายละเอียดทางสถิติของผลลัพธ์ทางการเงินและรายงานต่อผู้บริหาร
- จัดการแก้ไขสินทรัพย์
- กำหนดและรักษาแนวปฏิบัติเกี่ยวกับเครื่องปรับอากาศเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าข้อมูลถูกต้องและเชื่อถือได้
- ฝึกอบรมดูแลและพัฒนาพนักงานบัญชี
- ปฏิบัติหน้าที่อื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทยเพศชายหญิงอายุ 30-40 ปี
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาการบัญชี
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการก่อสร้างอสังหาริมทรัพย์หรืออุตสาหกรรมอื่น ๆ จาก บริษัท มหาชน (หากมีประสบการณ์ในอุตสาหกรรมก่อสร้าง แต่ไม่ได้มาจาก บริษัท มหาชนก็สามารถสมัครได้)
- อย่างน้อย 3 ปีในตำแหน่งผู้จัดการฝ่ายบัญชีและมีประสบการณ์บริหารทีม
- มีใบอนุญาต CPD
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านโปรแกรม ERP (บริษัท ใช้โปรแกรมพจมาน)
- มีความซื่อสัตย์และซื่อสัตย์สูง
- สามารถสื่อสารและนำเสนอได้ดี
- ความสามารถในการนำทางผ่านสถานการณ์ทางการเงินที่ซับซ้อนเพื่อเพิ่มผลลัพธ์สูงสุด
- มีวิสัยทัศน์เชิงกลยุทธ์ที่มีความสามารถในการวิเคราะห์มีวิจารณญาณที่ดีมุ่งเน้นการดำเนินงานที่แข็งแกร่ง
- นักคิดเชิงกลยุทธ์ที่มีความสามารถในการสร้างโซลูชันทางการเงินที่ปรับขนาดได้อย่างเหมาะสมเพื่อตอบสนองความต้องการของธุรกิจ
