Duties & Responsibilities:
• To manage the budget plan, implementation with management
• Making mid-term business plan to run the company smoothly
• To improve company policy, work rules
• Coordinating with IETA, Government sector to update any necessary documents such as Thai labor law
• To conduct employee evaluation, plan salary increment, employee promotion
• To run the IT project to improve company system
• To manage all purchase activity in the company by making purchase plan, conducting cost reduction activity, analyzing the data
• To check and issue PO
• Managing suppliers (domestic, oversea) to check the cost, compliance, quality
• To manage and train subordinates
• Other tasks might be assigned by Japanese MD

Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 40-49 years
• Bachelor Degree
• At least 3 years experience as purchase in manufacturing company
• At least 3 years experience as HR&GA in manufacturing company
• At least 3 years experience as Assistant Manager or higher
• Advanced conversational middle Level of English (to contact oversea suppliers)
• Advanced conversational high level of Japanese (for internal, JP HQ)
• Business Level of Japanese is preferable

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
• ในการจัดการแผนงบประมาณให้ดำเนินการกับฝ่ายบริหาร
• จัดทำแผนธุรกิจระยะกลางเพื่อให้ บริษัท ดำเนินไปอย่างราบรื่น
• เพื่อปรับปรุงนโยบายของบริษัท กฎการทำงาน
• ประสานงานกับ IETA ภาครัฐเพื่อปรับปรุงเอกสารที่จำเป็นเช่นกฎหมายแรงงานไทย
• ดำเนินการประเมินผลพนักงานวางแผนการขึ้นเงินเดือนเลื่อนตำแหน่งพนักงาน
• ดำเนินโครงการไอทีเพื่อปรับปรุงระบบของ บริษัท
• เพื่อจัดการกิจกรรมการซื้อทั้งหมดใน บริษัท โดยจัดทำแผนการซื้อดำเนินกิจกรรมลดต้นทุนวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล
• ในการตรวจสอบและออก PO
• การจัดการซัพพลายเออร์ (ในประเทศต่างประเทศ) เพื่อตรวจสอบต้นทุนการปฏิบัติตามคุณภาพ
• จัดการและฝึกอบรมผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชา
• งานอื่น ๆ อาจได้รับมอบหมายจาก MD ชาวญี่ปุ่น

ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น
•อายุ 40-49 ปี
•ปริญญาตรี
•มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 3 ปีในการซื้อใน บริษัท ผู้ผลิต
•มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 3 ปีในตำแหน่ง HR&GA ใน บริษัทผู้ผลิต
•มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 3 ปีในตำแหน่งผู้ช่วยผู้จัดการหรือสูงกว่า
•ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนา (เพื่อติดต่อซัพพลายเออร์ในต่างประเทศ)
•ภาษาญี่ปุ่นะดับสนทนา (สำหรับภายใน, บริษัทแม่ที่ญี่ปุ่น)
•ภาษาญี่ปุ่นระดับธุรกิจเป็นที่ต้องการ
