<Job Responsibilities>
- Pursuing profitable results with the Chinese customer’s accounts that are being assigned.
- Providing interpretation and translation in Chinese for both internal team and between the team to customers.
- Solving and responding customers’ complaints related to sales and services.
- Attending to customers’ requirements or preferences to develop new Chinese customers & increase/maintain sales amounts of existing customers and customer’s satisfaction.
- Contacting and coordinating various activities involving sales and delivery of manufactured products, services, commodities and equipment.
- Performing as Product Line Manager to solve and responding Chinese customers’ inquiries of that product category.
- Performing the other tasks as per assigned.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Thai nationality, Male, Female 25-35 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical, Industrial Chemical
- At least 2 years of experience as a Sales in any related field
- Excellent command in Chinese language (speaking, listening, reading, writing, etc.) and good command in English
- Be highly motivated, results-oriented individual with effective team working skills.
- Possess good interpersonal, organizational skill and detail-oriented
- Be able to work independently with cross-functional teams
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- Experience in chemical plating industries
- Working experience in Chinese company and familiar with China market

<หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ>
- แสวงหาผลกำไรด้วยบัญชีของลูกค้าชาวจีนที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- ให้บริการล่ามและแปลภาษาจีนทั้งภายในทีมและระหว่างทีมงานให้กับลูกค้า
- แก้ไขและตอบสนองข้อร้องเรียนของลูกค้าที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการขายและบริการ
- ปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนดหรือความชอบของลูกค้าเพื่อพัฒนาลูกค้าชาวจีนใหม่และเพิ่ม / รักษายอดขายของลูกค้าที่มีอยู่และความพึงพอใจของลูกค้า
- การติดต่อและประสานงานกิจกรรมต่างๆที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการขายและการจัดส่งผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ผลิตบริการสินค้าและอุปกรณ์
- ทำหน้าที่เป็นผู้จัดการสายผลิตภัณฑ์เพื่อแก้ไขและตอบข้อซักถามของลูกค้าชาวจีนเกี่ยวกับหมวดหมู่ผลิตภัณฑ์นั้น ๆ
- ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
<ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น>
- สัญชาติไทยเพศชายหญิงอายุ 25-35 ปี
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาเคมีเคมีอุตสาหกรรม
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการขายอย่างน้อย 2 ปีในสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาจีนได้เป็นอย่างดี (พูดฟังอ่านเขียน ฯลฯ ) และสามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี
- เป็นบุคคลที่มีแรงจูงใจสูงมุ่งเน้นผลลัพธ์ด้วยทักษะการทำงานเป็นทีมที่มีประสิทธิภาพ
- มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดีมีทักษะในองค์กรและมีความใส่ใจในรายละเอียด
- สามารถทำงานได้อย่างอิสระกับทีมข้ามสายงาน
