Duties & Responsibilities:
• Assures compliance of products’ standard including method and procedures for inspecting, testing and evaluating the accuracy and reliability of products and raw material.
• Collects and analyzes process sample to ensure conformity of product’s standard specification
• Lead of customer complaint and communicate/discuss test results in time to enable corrective and preventive action to all parties concerned and consult with technical parties at HQ.
• Conducts internal audits to monitor and assure process, facilities and systems.
• Supervised laboratory equipment and assures that equipment calibration program complies with the standard.
• Trains, educates and appraises staff periodically to ensure continuous improvement
• Other tasks might be assigned

Necessary Skill / Experience
• Age 35-45 years
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Science or related field
• At least 5 years working and management experience(have subordinate more than 3 people) in Chemical industry
• Advanced conversational middle level of English
• Have knowledge of ISO9001:2015,ISO14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018
o Have knowledge of Chemical regulation (REACH, RoHS)
• Good attitude, leadership and analysis skill and solve problems as well, friendly, honest and patient be ethical and disciplined.
• Have knowledge of QA&QC in petrochemical company is more advantage
• Certified Internal Audit and QMR course is more advantage
• TOEIC score over 500 is more advantage

หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
•รับประกันการปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานของผลิตภัณฑ์รวมถึงวิธีการและขั้นตอนในการตรวจสอบทดสอบและประเมินความถูกต้องและความน่าเชื่อถือของผลิตภัณฑ์และวัตถุดิบ
•รวบรวมและวิเคราะห์ตัวอย่างกระบวนการเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าเป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดมาตรฐานของผลิตภัณฑ์
•นำเรื่องร้องเรียนของลูกค้าและสื่อสาร / หารือเกี่ยวกับผลการทดสอบเพื่อให้สามารถดำเนินการแก้ไขและป้องกันกับทุกฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้องและปรึกษาฝ่ายเทคนิคที่ HQ
•ดำเนินการตรวจสอบภายในเพื่อตรวจสอบและรับรองกระบวนการสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกและระบบต่างๆ
•อุปกรณ์ในห้องปฏิบัติการที่ได้รับการดูแลและรับรองว่าโปรแกรมการสอบเทียบอุปกรณ์เป็นไปตามมาตรฐาน
•ฝึกอบรมให้ความรู้และประเมินพนักงานเป็นระยะเพื่อให้แน่ใจว่ามีการปรับปรุงอย่างต่อเนื่อง
•อาจมีการมอบหมายงานอื่น ๆ

ทักษะ / ประสบการณ์ที่จำเป็น
•อายุ 35-45 ปี
•ปริญญาตรีสาขาเคมีวิทยาศาสตร์เคมีหรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
•มีประสบการณ์ทำงานและบริหารอย่างน้อย 5 ปี (มีลูกน้องมากกว่า 3 คน) ในอุตสาหกรรมเคมี
•ภาษาอังกฤษระดับสนทนา
•มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับ ISO9001: 2015, ISO14001: 2015 และ ISO 45001: 2018
o มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับกฎระเบียบทางเคมี (REACH, RoHS)
•มีทัศนคติที่ดีมีความเป็นผู้นำและมีทักษะในการวิเคราะห์และแก้ปัญหาได้เป็นอย่างดีเป็นมิตรซื่อสัตย์และอดทนมีจริยธรรมและมีวินัย
•มีความรู้เรื่อง QA&QC ใน บริษัท ปิโตรเคมีจะได้เปรียบกว่า
•หลักสูตรการตรวจสอบภายในที่ผ่านการรับรองและ QMR จะได้เปรียบกว่า
•คะแนน TOEIC มากกว่า 500 จะได้เปรียบกว่า
