Work outline: Handle all HR functions including Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, Employee Relations, General Affair
Duties & Responsibilities:
Recruitment and selection, Compensation and benefits, Performance management, Training and development
Setting up policies and planning for Human Resource functions and Administration functions
Participate and coordinate with management in relation to all human resources management and labor law activities
Maintain and controlling Performance Evaluation, Benefits and Welfare for all members
Control payroll (HRIS) & the provident fund to ensure employees are remunerated in accordance with the company’s policy
Manage all company compensation (welfare & benefit) activities
Prepare various human resources related reports and ensuring staff records are maintained in accordance with company policy
Motivate, develop, supervise and coach subordinates to ensure a high-performance team-oriented, dedicated workforce, and meet organizational capabilities
Other tasked assigned by superior
Qualifications:
[Must]
Thai nationality, Male and Female , 32-40 years
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or higher in Human Resource, Business Administration, Psychology, Law or any related fields
Experienced in handling full scope of HR function and 3 years managerial level
Good command in English
Strong analytical thinking, leadership skill, result-oriented, and time management
Be able to travel to Bangkok Branch if require

Working Hour: 9:00– 18:00 (Mon – Fri)
