- Execute market research
- Analyze and grasp the customers/users requirement/needs
- Prepare the business proposal and/or business plan and/or business strategy
- Do feasibility study
- Coordinate with all internal and external stakeholders (Ho-Ren-So)

- Conduct the POC (Proof of Concept)
